Don't be so salty. You don't have to surrender your personal opinion as a cost of becoming a moderator. But yeah, Chemtrail's comment is somewhat unnececessary, out of nowhere and probably doesn't belong here.

It was then, at that critical moment, that Glak realized he was pointing his spear the wrong way. Unfortunately, the enemy figured that out first.

Oh I like this flavoring for "Chandra Draw", gonna borrow/steal it. That aside, this is worse than "Draw a card", which even Red gets much more for their money than that. (Dragon's Mantle as a recent addition). Jack the power level up a bit.
Mischievous FiendR Creature - Devil (U)
When Mischievous Fiend enters the battlefield, discard two cards, then draw two cards. "Some valuables taken away and random trinkets flung about, and suddenly the house looks nothing like its old self."
- Ophelia, Thraben Matron
1/1
IIW: Low power matters.
I do like how the "drawback" of red looting over blue looting actually becomes an advantage as the game goes longer. A cute and subtle way of fulfilling the challenge. The booty could be a bit bigger though (1/2, or even 2/1 if you're feeling super frisky).
Into the Nothing2UU
Sorcery [R]
Kicker 2U
Return all creatures to their owners' hands. If Into the Nothing was kicked, each player shuffles his or her hand into their library, then draws that many cards. "What once was is no more. Nothing calls to nothing and the silence is broken no longer."
—Pegrix, Tolarian scholar
IIW: Blue psuedo removal
The unkicker'd side of this spell is probably a wee bit too disruptive for a blue "boardwipe" at 4 mana. At the same time, the kicker seems too expensive for the relative benefit; perhaps cost the spell as 3UU, U kicker?
Survivor's Guilt3R
Enchantment - Aura {U}
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature can't block.
Whenever enchanted creature's controller is dealt combat damage, enchanted creature deals damage to itself equal to its power. No matter how many times Elspeth washed her hands, she could still see the crimson stain of Ajani's blood.
IIW: Turn down for what.
Is Ajani THAT likely to die this block? Rather underpowered when compared to, say Pacifism; could easily be just a R at uncommon.
Creeping ParanoiaB
Sorcery (R)
Spend only mana from a Swamp to cast Creeping Paranoia cost.
Target player discards a card. If he or she discards a land or a creature this way, he or she discards another card. "What if Leafar betrays me? what if then they wreck Selfar apart with his help? what if then The Relic falls into his hand?" Kime, Selfar Emperor
