Sealing of the Omens2GG
Enchantment (R)
Exile an instant or sorcery card from your hand: Put a green enchantment token named Seal of Potential onto the battlefield. X, Sacrifice an enchantment or Sacrifice X enchantments: You may cast an instant or sorcery card with converted mana cost X exiled with Sealing of the Omens without paying its mana cost.
IIW: Blue or red in a graveyard-themed set other than Innistrad block and/or "like Avacyn Restored, but with blue instead of white."
Because Storm doesn't cast the copies from your hand, only the oriningal is affected. As for buyback, since it's a static ability I'm pretty sure that it will lose that ability before it resolves and will be put into your graveyard as it resolves. Lastly, if I'm wrong about either, the fact that it's a BBB card that requires other cards to do things should balance it.

But... it's clearly not for that challenge, it's for the other one! Shall I start judging? The new forum format seems to make people impatient.
AsianInvasion: It's a hilarious uncard. I WAS about to ask what this has to do with the actual word, and then I noticed it gave the protection to Clerics.
SNL: It's certainly fair, but can we build a theme out of this?
void_nothing: Feels like a riff off of something I've designed, heh. This is pretty cool variation of that. Building a deck around this could certainly be challenging, but it'd be fun to try. Tying enchantments to instants and sorceries in such a set makes sense as a theme.
admirableadmiral: Looks like a potential card for a cycle, and it's very potent. Others have addressed potential rules ugliness, so I'll just say that this could be a devastating win condition. I'd totally do something stupid and fill a deck with the phyrexian mana one drops, this, some dark rituals, and some not instant/sorcery card draw.
Chemtrails: The ability word is an obvious choice, but obvious isn't bad, so congrats on having a theme! (and some fancy naming). I kind of wish this was like Preacher, since that kind of effect is white(ish), and this feels more blue in execution.
JuanCu: Definitely a harder ability word to use well, but it's a sensible theme. It seems fair as far as removal goes. Resonate definitely looks better on an instant.
Coletrain: Interesting effect. It's the counterspell hatebear... except rather narrow. At least it's on a creature. Could be a 2/2 and therefor be a true bear easily.
Am Shegar: SHould be "unless", not "until", but otherwise this is an evil enchantment. Not feeling a theme here though...
Snow Creature - Penguin: Ah, now this has a theme. I'm kind of surprised you didn't ability word it. It's basically a sort on inverted heroic.
admirableadmiral: Powerful, but Vexing Shusher says this MIGHT be okay.
avatarz: The second version is definitely cleaner to execute. Presuming the first version ignores timing restrictions, there could be a lot of planeswalker ultimates flying around. I'm sure there's a way to break the mobile, but I'd need to give it some thought... there's also some confusion regarding things like Sword of Feast and Famine. I can only presume that trigger will fail since there's no player to refer to for the discard portion. In summation: It's a very complicated card. ALso, needs to be other permanents, or this instantly ends the game in a draw by triggering itself repeatedly.
