Seal Inside
Enchantment - Aura (R)
Enchant white creature you control.
When Seal Inside enters the battlefield, look at target opponent's hand, and choose a non-white non-land card from it. Exile that card until Seal Inside leaves the battlefield, then put it on top of its owner's library.
Marble Tax-Collector2WW
Artifact Creature - Construct - (R)
When Marble Tax-Collector enters the battlefield, for each nonwhite creature, tap it unless its controller pays 1. Creatures tapped this way don’t untap during their controller’s next untap step.
3/3
I will point out that having to play mono-white with very few nonbasics just to make that card as broken as it can be is not something that worries me overly much.
I mean, slightly more worrisome is that it's probably hitting the board as a 10/10.
Sigil of Shielding1WW
Enchantment (R)
Whenever an opponent casts a nonwhite spell, you may pay :3mana:. If you do, choose one - you gain protection from that spell's colors until end of turn; or target creature you control gains protection from that spell's colors until end of turn.
Absence of the Fat of the LandW
Enchantment
Non-Plains land creatures get -1/-1.
IIW: Couldn't think of anything legitimately good so I made this awful thing
Tax Land
Land (R)
Tax Land enters the battlefield tapped.
:symtap:: Add to your mana pool.
Whenever another non-Plains land enters the battlefield, its controller sacrifices it unless he or she pays 1.
Justicar of Heliod2WW
Creature - Human Soldier (R)
Intimidate
When Justicar of Heliod enters the battlefield, creatures you control gain protection from nonwhite until end of turn. "The only justice we need fear is that of Heliod himself!"
2/2
Light From Darkness1WW
Instant (U)
Add X W to your mana pool, where X is the difference between your life total and the life total of the player with the highest life total.
ThoughtcleanseW
Sorcery (R)
Target player reveals his or her hand. You choose a nonwhite, nonland card from it. That player discards that card and gains 3 life.
IIW: sideboardable/selective discard
No. No. nononononononono.
Even in the twisted color pie seen in Planar Chaos, white doesn't get discard. That makes no sense at all. If it were seen, it would either be oblivion ring style or "each player discards a card for life." I like "nonwhite" here, but this is breaking too many rules. Them gaining 3 life is far, far, far less of a drawback than you losing 2 life, btw.
Serra's Revenge5WW
Creature - Angel {M}
Flash
Flying
Serra's Revenge can't be the target of nonwhite spells or abilities from nonwhite sources. 8/5
IIW: Enemy-color activation.
Cute. I like the reference to gaea's revenge. This card is incredibly nuts, however. Outside of a path to exile or other similar removal spell, this is a flash flier that's a 3 turn clock that can't be killed by removal. Admittedly, it's a 7 mana mythic, but I think haste was much more balanced than flying.
Lynch Mob3WW
Creature - Human (R)
Trample
Lynch Mob's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Plains you control plus the number of non-Plains lands your opponents control.
Sacrifice a Plains: Destroy target creature and target non-Plains land controlled by the same player.
*/*
IIW: Rage against the coffee machine.
It's cute because I'm pretty sure this is the kind of throwback card they'd print in Time Spiral. Having said that, this card is OP as **** and should never see print. "Sacrifice a plains: Murder + Stone Rain" is something I'd be cautious to print at almost any cost.
Seal Inside
Enchantment - Aura (R)
Enchant white creature you control.
When Seal Inside enters the battlefield, look at target opponent's hand, and choose a non-white non-land card from it. Exile that card until Seal Inside leaves the battlefield, then put it on top of its owner's library.
IIW: art
If this had a white casting cost, I could totally get behind it. As it is, it's generally bad. It's similar to chained to the rocks in a fun way, but in the end any removal spell ever will completely blow you out.
Marble Tax-Collector2WW
Artifact Creature - Construct - (R)
When Marble Tax-Collector enters the battlefield, for each nonwhite creature, tap it unless its controller pays 1. Creatures tapped this way don’t untap during their controller’s next untap step.
3/3
IIW: Boom suspend ****.
I like this card. It's got a nice effect that's justified in white and seems balanced, yet potent in the right build. This hits all the right notes. Well done.
If Leyline of Purity is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Whenever an opponent casts a nonwhite spell, you may put a 1/1 Human Cleric creature token with lifelink onto the battlefield.
Tap four untapped white Human Cleric creatures you control: Put a 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying and lifelink onto the battlefield.
Club Flamingo IIW: Something That's 1 Away From Breaking Standard
This is probably too strong. Admittedly, its value goes way down if it isn't in your opening hand, but can you imagine opening with two of these in your starting hand? You could literally win the game without casting a spell.
IIW: Thallids
The nonwhite part actually feels pretty clunky here. It basically reads "3: Counter target spell that targets a creature of yours" and is a generally unexciting design overall.
Tax Land
Land (R)
Tax Land enters the battlefield tapped.
:symtap:: Add to your mana pool.
Whenever another non-Plains land enters the battlefield, its controller sacrifices it unless he or she pays 1.
Step 1. Multiple Tax Land
Step 2. Wasteland / Rishadan Port all of your opponents lands
Step 3. Enjoy your one-sided game of magic
No, but this card has no reason to exist other than making the game less fun.
Radiant Nimbus3WW
Enchantment (R)
Nonwhite spells cost an additional to cast.
Black spells cost an additional to cast.
IIW: Red global enchantments.
At five mana, this isn't doing a whole lot by stopping your opponents from playing more spells. I like the concept, but the development part is lacking.
IIW: Monuments/Memorials/etc.
Intimidate feels a little strange here. The card basically plays like a Brave the Elements on a 2/2 intimidate. Nothing particuarly exciting.
Disbelieve2W
Instant (R)
Exile target permanent. At the beginning of the next end step, if you cast Disbelieve from your hand, return that permanent to the battlefield under its owner's control.
Suspend 2—3W
Harbinger of the End
Legendary Creature — Avatar [M]
Protection from everything
Suspend X — xBBB. X can't be 0.
Whenever a time counter is removed from Harbinger of the End while it's suspended, put a 1/1 black Cleric creature token onto the battlefield.
As Harbinger of the End enters the battlefield, sacrifice all other creatures you control. Harbinger of the End enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the number of creatures sacrificed this way.
0/0
Heavenly Host5WW
Sorcery (R)
Put two 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
Suspend 2—2WW
While Heavenly Host is suspended, creatures you control get +1/+1 for each time counter on it.
Snooze U Sorcery (R)
When you suspend ~ tap each creature. Creature's don't untap while ~ is exiled. 2, Yawn: Put a time counter on ~. Any player may activate this ability.
Suspend X - xU "Five more minutes couldn't hurt, right? I'll just skip breakfast."

This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Suspension Bridge3
Artifact {R}
Whenever a creature attacks, if it didn't enter the battlefield this turn, exile it with a time counter on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.

Suspend X - XUR, where X is the number of nonland permanents on the battlefield
Whenever time counter is removed from ~, exile target nonland permanent at random.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if ~ is an enchantment, return a permanent exiled by ~ to the battlefield at random.
Rift Storm1RRR

Rift Storm deals 4 damage to each creature and each player.
Suspend X—XRRR. X can't be 0.

Best. Armageddon. Ever. That card needs to cast at least seven mana.
