Legendary Creature - Human Wizard {R} Flying
Whenever you cast a spell without paying its mana cost, flip a coin. If it comes up heads, draw a card. If it comes up tails, Bori Andon, Blastseeker deals 2 damage to target creature or player. "Reckless endangerment" would be putting it mildly. 2/2

In this theoretical set of commander precons, there is a new mechanic called 'vote' where each player chooses something and there's a big effect when something gets chosen more than once.
I'm not sure how to template it for this card.

Sheol Broodmother :2mana::symg::symb:
Creature - Insect Horror (R)
When Sheol Broodmother enters the battlefield, brood 1. (Put a 0/0 spawn creature token into the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it, and: ":symtap:: Move all counters on this to target creature.")
4/4
I wasn't feeling the player love, so I'll latch onto 'enemy' and do my New Phyrexia stuff. Though now that I think about it, the token ability becomes better in EDH, as it becomes likely to be used politically.
This would be my 5th New Phyrexia mechanic, for the :symgb::symwb: wedge. This is the overlap:
Green: 1/1 tokens, growth
Black: consume (growth through sacrifice)
White: 1/1 tokens, sacrifice (for the greater good).
At first, the spawns had some kind of Modular (without the artifact restriction) but that made them a lot better through sacrifice effects, dying that same turn, and damage output (do the damage, die, get more damage potential.) And I like that this way, they interact well with Vigilance and Crusade effects.
On the flavor of this wedge, Sheolred wants to become the Mother of New Phyrexia (think Queen of Blades.) Her brood of spawns has the capacity to assemble at will. She goes for numbers against Elesh's more focused champions.
