Zegana's Axolotl3GU
Creature — Beast Fish Hound Plant (R)
Zegana's Axolotl enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the greatest power among other creatures.
Whenever a creature with power greater than Zegana's Axolotl's power enters the battlefield, put a number of +1/+1 counters on Zegana's Axolotl equal to the difference.
Shouldn't this be a salamander? That's a supported creature type and everything.
Ink-Treader - Fine but uninspiring combat trick. I'm unsure if I can remotely stand mana costs like that - some days I'm for them and some against.
SelesnyaNewLife - It's almost charming how laughably bad that first mode is (Charming, get it?). Anyway, don't expect to win with such an obvious design, even if the modes are somewhat original.
Lapson2 - Dat reminder text. How can it be attacking a creature and a player at the same time, I don't understand? Why not just "Whenever this deals combat damage to a player, you may have it fight target tapped creature that player controls"?
Cardz5000 - I feel like this has one color too many. Does it truly need to be green?
Chemtrails - Huge bonus points for actually trying to communicate the theme of a wedge here. I like both the life-total-changing and symmetry aspects of your black-green-white designs. Paxis Creeper maybe has too many triggers for an uncommon but otherwise is fair, I think. Lifeseeker is cool.
MagicBrains - Can you pay the cumulative upkeep if you don't have any land cards in your hand with this? I would think not given how you worded the cost, but I'm not sure you can have an action that depends on cards in hidden zones as a cost. Also this is hella swingy.
Megiddo - The only thing I really find inspiring here is Gustcloak Avenger, which is... usually just a deathtoucher with semi-bad evasion. I'd make it a 3/2 rather than a 2/3. Or maybe a 3/3 or 3/4; it's a wedge-costed rare. The other two just feel so... generic.
AsianInvasion - I despise Planar Chaos Primevals references in wedge card names because of how lazy it feels. Frenzy is a fine keyword but, again, this could probably lose at least one color.
The Most Curious Thing - I'd change the white ability to care about power or CMC in order to differentiate it more from the other two. I'm also not sure if this is too good at killing or not...?
TacticalCelebrant - Interesting Johnny guy that's more WBR mechanically than it is BGW. Also, the word is "Contagion."
Cythare - Does this have to be symmetrical? Net card loss for me for everyone to draw and discard feels like it's not strong enough for a wedge cost.
Cardz5000 - I'll have Mark Rosewater explain about this keyword: "During Tempest I made a mechanic where you could opt to start with the card in your opening hand but had to go down a card. Both broken and unfun. You will never see it."
arbitraryarmor - Flavor aside, this does not remotely need to be black and an argument could be made for it not being blue. Also, Chemtrails's subsequent design shows us that it's possible to do this effect without the busywork of removing counters.
Chemtrails - "Always the biggest" is a fine idea for a creature, but half of Prime Speaker Zegana plus a better evolve is not an inspiring combo for Simic.
AmShegar - Not quite sure I grok the flavor here, though mechanically I do like the forcing of an all-in choice every turn.
Lumovanis - Bear with me, this is one of my pet peeves: Damage has a source. Cards have to say "FOO deals N damage to target creature/player/planeswalker" so the game knows where it's coming from. Regardless, I like the idea of "enhanced spells" in this vein where there's a choice of some kind. Materialize Idle Thoughts feels like an overly weird Guided Passage.
Brofaux - One, it's "choose up to two." Two, two-mode spells aren't Charms. Three, tribal, seriously?
Chemtrails - This is very strong in all of its modes. Not much else to say about it.
Gerrard's Mom - Slickskin Amphin was the design literally everyone thought of five minutes after intimidate was previewed. What is X on the Elemental?
AmShegar - Didn't you make an enchantment version of this some challenges ago? I recall liking that though.
Prophylaxis - This... seems degenerate. Like a lot. Does dredge really need this in its endgame in addition to all the other stuff it's got?
The Most Curious Thing - Cute, interesting design space, and definitely feels like all of its colors.

There are a finite number of reasonable designs in which a colored X symbol makes more sense than using existing templates. For instance, both your white and red designs may as well use "W:" or "R:" instead.

Yes, it doesn't necessarily need to be blue or black, but it fits BUG's "hunt or be hunted' theme. Rhox War Monk most certainly isn't a blue creature, but that didn't stop Wizards because it fits into the shard's theme.
Roshin, Gargantuan Spellcrafter xRG
Planeswalker — Roshin [M]
[0] The next spell you cast this turn costs x less to cast, where X is the number of loyalty counters on Roshin, Gargantuan Spellcrafter. That spell can't be countered by spells or abilities your opponents control.
[-3] Creatures you control gain double strike, trample, and haste until end of turn.
[-X] Search your library for a card with x in its mana cost and exile it. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Each instance of X on that card is equal to the number of loyalty counters removed to activate this ability.
[X]
IIW:
Warsong Amplifier
Artifact Creature - Construct Warrior (R)

Warsong Amplifier has battlecry for each charge counter on it.

Choose one of these judge of creation:
Make Strionic Resonator shine!
You can not grasp the true form of Ashiok's attack!
See Venarian Gold.
See Venarian Gold. Also, nice micro-text.
See Atalya, Samite Master.
Perverse Wish XXXBB
Sorcery {R}
You get an emblem with "You can't cast more than one spell each turn."
Choose up to X cards you own from outside the game and put them into your hand. Exile Perverse Wish.
He wished for immortality, but not for the freedom to enjoy it.
IIW: A new mechanic for Born of the Gods.
I'm aware of the mechanic... but I don't see your point. If solid mana became a theme for a set, I wouldn't be surprised to see them make a colored X mana symbol.
Instant (R)
Spend only mana produced by artifacts on X.
Reveal the top X cards of your library and choose any number of artifacts, and put them into your hand. Put the rest of the revealed cards into your graveyard.
Nature's Uprising xGG
Sorcery (R)
Spend only mana produced by basic lands on X.
Put X green creature tokens onto the battlefield that can be any of the following (choose for each token as it enters the battlefield); a 2/2 wolf, a 1/4 treefolk or a 1/1 bird with flying.
Reaper's Claim xBB
Instant (R)
Destroy X target nonartifact creatures, they can't be regenerated. You lose X life.
Flashback xxBB (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
Battle Horn's Echo xRRR
Sorcery (R)
Creatures you control get +X/+0 until end of turn. When you cast this spell without paying its mana cost, X is 3.
Rebound (Exile the spell as it resolves if you cast it from your hand. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast that card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Beeble Wave xUUU
Sorcery (R)
Put X 1/1 blue beeble tokens with "this creature is unblockable if the defending player controls an artifact or enchantment" onto the battlefield, then tap up to X target artifacts.
(that last one is sort of a "trolly" entry )
IIW: uncommon creatures that would make good pauper EDH generals
Artifact {R}
Any player can activate ~ abilities.
X: You gain X life.
1, Pay X life: Discard two cards, than draw a card. Repeat this process X times.

Sorcery
Search your library for a green creature card with converted mana cost X or less, and put it into the battlefield tapped with X additional +1/+1 counters on it. Shuffle your library afterwards.
IIW: sad
I wouldn't mind seeing hat you had to say about the cards if you already have it typed up, no harm in more critique.
Instant (R)
Put X 1/1 blue Merfolk Wizard tokens onto the battlefield, then counter target spell if its converted mana cost is less than the number of Merfolk you control.
IIW: Nonblack, nonartifact sacrifice
Draft my cube! (630 cards)
Ghastly Portent XYUInstant {U}
Y can't be greater than X.
Scry X. Draw Y cards.
Ghastly Portent XY
(:symub:) Instant {U}
Spend at least one blue mana on X and at least one black mana on Y.
Look at the top X cards of your library. Put Y cards from among them into your hand, then put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
IIW: (2/W) or
