Wizards can start putting booster packs inside dog poo and dog owners will still complain.
Ink-Treader - Chicchan: So basically you can now tap out as mono-U and still have mana up for countermagic. Blechhhhh. The Shadow is kinda cool, though. bloodyspasm - Nonononono. This guy is indestructible, and makes everything else that's attacking have indestructible, and you can activate the fight thing while your creatures are indestructible? Also, why are they only indestructible while they're attacking (is it just so they can fight?). I feel like this card looks really feelbad for your opponents, and then ends up being feelbad for you when all your guys die during your second main phase due to no longer being indestructible. Also, one of the most interesting pieces of tension (IMO) with the gods is that if you attack with them, your opponent can knock them out of combat by killing a key dude. This guy stops that completely. spaceyjdjames - This thing is weird. Also, why is everyone on a god kick :weird:. I kinda like that it's a smaller guy for a god, but don't know how I feel about it effectively spitting out a Spiketail Hatchling every time it attacks especially since it can basically attack with impunity due to being indestructible. void_nothing - Pretty cool. Its triggered ability is moderately restrictive, which makes it probably more balanced, and also makes its activated ability less backbreaking. Chemtrails - This guy is awesome. Mmmm chocolate. I don't have any issues with this card at all. pstmdrn - See my complaint above re:Ink-Treader. Also, is the last line only active when you have exactlyUUU or at least UUU. I would assume the latter based on wording, but would find it more exciting if it were the former. arbitraryarmor - I don't think this is a justified color for indestructible. Everything in black that is/grants indestructible is a) part of a cycle, b) really old, c) situationally indestructible, or d) Sapling of Colfenor. Giving black access to an instant-speed "everything's indestructible" effect is horrible for Limited and an unjustified color bleed. I do like the flavor text, though. That said, human sacrifice (or sentient creature sacrifice) is more of an Aztec thing. Mayans did a good amount of animal sacrifice, but were really more about ritual bloodletting. Small Adult - So, a more exciting Time to Feed at uncommon? Sweet. willows - Cute! I like that you still have to pay the mana, and while part of me wishes that it had the Daxos wording, it's probably better this way. It definitely feels Orzhov (I could see maybe including blue b/c of Misthollow Griffin, but it definitely doesn't feel Esper), and is a cool interpretation of the Hero Twins. My one gripe is that it's a creature that signifies twins, but it's power and toughness are odd numbers. AmShegar - I'm really happy that you went the blood route instead of the sacrifice route. That said, I don't like that you have to keep track of two types of counters for creatures. It's a cool idea, but i feel the implementation is kinda off. I like how it works for players, though. avatarz - This card looks kinda wacky with the sun or moon thing, but it's flavorful and Archangel of Strife is a thing. The effects aren't super balanced (I feel like giving all your opponents stuff -1/-1 is more valuable, but maybe that's just me), but it works from an internal consistency standpoint.
Winner: willows. That card is too cute to not win.
HMs: Chemtrails, Small Adult
Doom Clock3
Artitact [R]
Doom Clock enters the battlefield tapped and with a key counter on it.
:symtap:, Remove six different kinds of counters from among yourself and permanents you control: Target opponent loses the game. Six different keys to be inserted into it. The will of a single madman to turn them.
Added "from yourself" so poison (and gold?) counters can get some love.
IIW: A card that would fit into the Time Spiral block
Raise ShieldsW
Instant (C)
Put a shield counter on target creature.
Put a shield counter on target creature. (If a creature with a shield counter would be dealt damage, remove a shield counter from it instead.) "Divert all excess energy to forward shields! Things are gonna get bumpy."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.

IIW: legendary creatures
Is it one damage/shield or one damage event/shield?
It also doesn't work as worded, due to being half replacement effect, half triggered ability, but yes. It was more for clarity.
Maybe "If damage would be dealt to a creature you control, you may remove up to that many shield counters from it. For each shield counter removed this way, prevent 1 of that damage."
Seething Counter2U
If red mana was spent casting this spell add RR to your mana pool.
Counter target spell. "If your talented enough spellcasting requires almost no expenditure of energy"
Casting this on your opponents turn could be tricky but I know a certain prophet in standard that could use a 1 mana counterspell and spend that mana at instant speed.
Permanent TargetW
Sorcery (R)
Put a permanent target counter on target permanent. For the rest of the game, whenever a player casts a spell that could target a permanent with a permanent target counter on it, counter that spell unless that spell targets a permanent with a permanent target counter on it.
Sunhome Armaments :1mana::symr::symw:

Enchant creature

I meant for it to be Mayan themed; I had no idea the second challenge existed. I bumped it up to uncommon because that probably fits better anyways.
