"In the beginning, MTG Salvation switched to a new forum format.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Undying HungerBR
Sorcery (U)
Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield, then sacrifice a creature. The first meal is always the messiest.
Commander needs more extremely high cost sorceries that replace their text with "each opponent concedes the game" if put under an ultraviolet light.
Ownership Debate8UURR
Sorcery (M)
Starting from you, each player chooses a permanent type that hasn't been chosen this way. Each player gains control of each permanent of the type they chose and untaps those permanents. Whenever a permanent of a type chosen by a player enters the battlefield, that player gains control of it.
this is even better because it helps LGSs! The first two players pick land and creature and everyone else joins the 2pm draft! What a meta card.
General's Attache1W
Creature - Human Soldier (U)
Whenever you cast your commander, put a charge counter on General's Attache.
Your commander costs 1 less to cast for each charge counter on General's Attache.
1/1
Valarin: I think you took the challenge a little too literally. Proselytize isn't doing anything mechanically interesting, either.
arbitraryarmor: Grand Rebirth is sexy, but Warp World is offended that you're cheating on her, especially considering how your new mistress seems to only spend time with you and hates your other friends/players.
TMCT: Anathemize (aside from being a cool name for a card) is a puzzle. It's excellent against aggressive/creature-heavy Commander decks but next to worthless against controlling/creature-light ones. Ultimately I feel that the card lacks appropriate tension for a "punisher" card in that the correct choice is often obvious.
FoxxyEDarko: Helm of Awe needs to grant equipped creature an ability, even if it's just a modest +1/+0. Otherwise it's not making efficient usage of the Equipment subtype.
Gh0ste: I'm not sure if you were trying to enter this round's contest, but I don't think your cards fit the criteria very well. Don't hesitate to ask around if you want help getting oriented around here.
Small Child: Soul Procession is like a Spider Spawning that is much better at killing opponents. I wouldn't be surprised to see a card like this printed, although I feel that your card with its current numbers would be very difficult to beat in Limited. I can't think of an elegant fix, though. As a minor nitpick, the name is a bit too close to Spectral Procession.
ShockValue: Warhoard Dragon is what Furnace Dragon wishes it could be. However, the card-draw feels more green than red. Lastly, Hoarding Dragon is suing for copyright infringement.
Clockwork Gamer: Advanced Mitoplasty is basically a Blatant Thievery that also lets you copy your best permanent. In other words, it's strong but nothing groundbreaking. Additionally, it probably needs to be a little more color-intensive.
The_Cooler: Jund Rumbler is strong. It reminds me of Braids and Rumbling Slum. The ability feels a little win-more given how big it is, though I suppose the opponents who aren't being attacked are still feeling the pain. All in all a reasonable design.
Maokun: Inquisitive Mindreader would have been great in the previous round, but I can't justify such a card in Commander. I understand that it has its political uses, but Telepathy is just much more consistent at the same mana cost (not that it sees much play either).
TacticalCelebrant: Superserveillance is a better Mind's Eye in monoblue decks. In fact, it's probably too good; Mind's Eye has its restriction so its controller has to choose between drawing a half dozen cards and casting those fresh spells each turn cycle...unless of course Seedborn Muse is involved.
Sir Aureus: Arcane Consensus is a card I've wanted to design/have tried to design for some time, but the problem is that it's just too time-consuming for an effect that only serves to slow down the game even more. If only there was another way to randomly screw players out of half of their spells...
(points for having the same thought process as myself)
MOON-E: Ritual Rebirth is cute but has a finite cap on how useful additional mana is for each player, whereas the benefit on other "join forces" cards has no such limit. Exhume gets the job done much more efficiently.
CC: Undying Hunger should probably have been monoblack and cost 1BB. Definitely a cool idea, though.
Ninja Caterpie: I love you but I hate you.
MDenham: General's Attache is too fragile; it should probably have been an enchantment.

Spells you cast this turn have split second and cost less to cast.
IIW: a card based on a classical music piece's name.
I'm calling it right now- worst rare in the set. Even good limited players will find better bombs at common and uncommon no sweat. Worst. Episode. Ever.
I really do predict this to be our worst rare in set award winner. I'd be happier opening a jar of eyeballs, so I think anything worse is highly unlikely. This card wont just have zero constructed potential, but not be significantly better than a mass of ghouls in a draft.
Umbranox 3BBB
Creature - Nightmare (R)
Shadow
When Umbranox enters the battlefield, exile all lands.
When Umbranox leaves the battlefield, return the exiled cards to the battlefield tapped under their owners' control.

arbitraryarmor: Grand Rebirth is sexy, but Warp World is offended that you're cheating on her, especially considering how your new mistress seems to only spend time with you and hates your other friends/players.
Cardz5000: Elven Squires is like a Somberwald Sage without restrictions...at least in Commander. That seems somewhat silly and ultimately unhealthy for the format (considering virtually every green deck would run it). As a minor nitpick, "//gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?name=+[squire">"]Squires" are Soldiers.
TMCT: Anathemize (aside from being a cool name for a card) is a puzzle. It's excellent against aggressive/creature-heavy Commander decks but next to worthless against controlling/creature-light ones. Fungus: Insurrectionary Goliath is awesome! I love the flavor and I think it's costed just right. The template could use some polish (I would also be in favor of having the Threatened creatures //gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&special=true&text=+[%22attacks%20its%20owner%22">"]attack their owners), but I like everything else about the card.
TacticalCelebrant: Superserveillance is a better Mind's Eye in monoblue decks.
