TenacityBB
Creature - Elemental Incarnation U BB:Return Tenacity from your graveyard to your hand Though they appear to be quite malleable, you can make a rather fine powder from its bones.
3/2
Parasite Matriarch2BBG
Creature — Insect (R)
Parasite Matriarch's power and toughness are each equal to the number of creatures on the battlefield.
Each other creature gets -1/-1.
★/★
IIW: Coloured artifacts, germ tokens, and/or The Persistence of Memory.
Nature Over Nurture3R
Enchantment - R
Whenever an effect would put a counter on a creature or player, it deals 2 damage to that creature or player instead.
IIW: Land - Lair
This is kind of cool, though considerably more expensive than necessary given how narrow it is; I don't think it should cost more than 1R. Another way to make the card more attractive is to give it another ability, even just a simple cantrip. If a line of rules text contains the words "would" and "instead," it should start with the word "If," not "Whenever." This card does not interact well with Rite of Passage.
Beryl GeomancerGGG
Creature - Human Shaman (R) Chroma Threshold Landfall - As long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard, whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, each creature you control gains trample and gets +1/+1 for each green mana symbol in its mana cost until end of turn.
2/2
Destroy all artifacts, then put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control for each artifact destroyed this way.
iiw: magic gets environmental
Creeping Corrosion meets Decree of Savagery (or sometimes only Titania's Boon). The card is not interesting enough to justify such a restrictive mana cost, and it's not really an effect that should exist anyway. Against most decks this card doesn't do much, but when it's good, it's too good; blowing up all of your opponent's artifacts should be enough of a blowout, going over the top with your creatures just seems like overkill.
The Rivers Run RedBU
Sorcery (U)
Add B to your mana pool for each island and swamp you control. "Blood magic is the best kind of magic." -- New Ulgrothan Proverb
Neat idea. You're looking for "UB" and "Add B to your mana pool for each Island and/or Swamp you control." The biggest issue with this card, though, is that temporary mana acceleration is now solidly in red, occasionally in green (though this may no longer be the case given Channel the Suns was a one-shot card released quite a while back). I am totally digging the flavor, though!
Selesnya Love InGW
Sorcery C
Exile target creature if its power is less than the number of
creatures you control. We're a community and our peace is stronger than oppression.
IIW: Forgotten
Not bad, but it doesn't need to be green considering M13 has shown us that "weenie rush" strategies are now solidly white. If this card were an uncommon instant with costW, I would be fully on-board. Lastly, as a minor nit-pick, thesekinds of cards are worded "Exile target creature with" as opposed to "Exile target creature if its."
Brightdrone2G
Creature - Eldrazi Drone (U)
When you cast Brightdrone, put a 0/1 colorless Eldrazi Spawn creature token onto the battlefield with "Sacrifice this creature: Add 1 to your mana pool."
You may spend colorless mana as though as if it were mana of any color.
2/1
Primal MarrowGG
Creature - Elemental Shapeshifter (R)
You may have Primal Marrow enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has no abilities.
0/0
IIW: Construced-playable "chance" effects.
This is probably the only way to print a Clone effect in green. However, I firmly believe that this card should cost 3G to drive home the point that blue is still the king of Clones. Otherwise, awesome job.
Xenophobia4UU
Sorcery {R}
Return each creature that doesn't share a creature type with target creature to its owner's hand. "All good people agree, / And all good people say, / All nice people, like Us, are We / And everyone else is They." -Rudyard Kipling
IIW: Make a card that puts a card owned by another player into your hand or library. Ignore the logistical problems.
An interesting evolution from Evacuation and Inundate. I was going to suggest that this card be an instant, but the latter of those two cards indicates that sorcery may be a more appropriate card type for this sort of effect. Overall, a cool card for EDH and Limited.
Winner: Atogaholic (because he had the best IIW of the :rate4.5:)
Next: Constructed-playable "chance" effects.
Afterburners1RR
Enchantment (R)
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, flip a coin. If heads, that creature gets +2/+0 and gains haste until end of turn. "We came in the rocket car."
— Whoopi Goldberg
IIW: Germ tokens, movie quotes, and/or the drug that killed River Phoenix.
Split Decisions UR Enchant player [r]

Maelstrom Dervish2UR
Creature - Human Shaman {R}
When Maelstrom Dervish enters the battlefield, the next spell you cast this turn gains cascade. (When you cast it, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)

When Mizzium Dragon attacks, cast an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard at random without paying its mana cost. Then exile it.

How do you pick something with specific characteristics at random in a private zone?
Separate everything that matches the characteristic, shuffle that pile, and pick a random card from the pile. Then reshuffle that pile back into your library.

The problem is, you can "find" as many or as few lands as you want from your library. So you if worked that way you could "find" the one land you want, "shuffle" it and put it onto the battlefield.

This is an argument for requiring decklists in all formats, really. (The alternative is "reveal everything from your library first to prove you're separating everything out to make the random selection", which gives your opponent effectively a free "look at your hand" in formats with decklists.)
There is the entertainingly time-consuming "Reveal random cards from your library until you reveal a land card, then put that card onto the battlefield tapped. Shuffle each other card revealed this way into your library." as a third option, though...
This wording would accomplish what Winterspring is trying to do:
Shuffle your library, then reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a land card. Put that card onto the battlefield and [shuffle the rest of the revealed cards into your library / put the rest on the bottom of your library in [any order / a random order]].

he hates chaos warp because it doesn't do anything 50% of the time. When suggested with polymorph effects in red (under the justification of "I DON'T CARE WHAT [X] YOU HAVE, I JUST DON'T WANT THIS ONE"), he responded positively ("I'll think about this" is a lot better than "Nope for [reason] and [reason]".

Oddly, there is no //gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&power=+=[3">&mana=+=[bb]&tough=+=[2]"]precedent for a BB 3/2 with no drawbacks. I suspect that this is above the curve for black, even now. The card this is most similar to is Undead Gladiator, but without the Compulsion impersonation. As far Incarnations are concerned, Genesis is a more interesting card. I also have to wonder why "tenacity" is a black trait. Overall, this card doesn't excite me.
Beast of Burden meets Night of Souls' Betrayal. Alternatively, global Vampirism on a stick. This is cool, and the mana cost works, though I could see this card being mono-black as well.

Sweet! My biggest complaint is that only the //gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&text=+[%22when%20you%20cast%22">&subtype=+[%22Eldrazi%22]"]big bad Eldrazi (not Drones) have "When you cast ~" triggers. Additionally, abilities that produce //gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&text=+[%22Eldrazi%20Spawn%22">"]Eldrazi Spawn always use an additional sentence for the mana ability. Otherwise, very nice.
