Is that a question about my card? If so, I gave her flash because it's a more common ability for a mono-white Angel than haste, and I thought giving both would be too powerful at that casting cost. I figured flash was ALMOST as helpful as haste because you can just cast her on your opponents' end step. I wanted to give her vigilance too, actually, but again I was worried about the power level at just 2 CMC.

Yeah! I think the card would be fine as a 1/1 with flying and haste + ability. The only other white card that has haste (outside of suspend) is Akroma, who happens to be an angel. I think it would pass.
