Actually if you look at the original 5 or so sets white and black were the colors of regen with only a few green regen here and there. Green seems to have recently taken whites spot though. White even has 2 cards that automatically regen unless the opponent does something. 1 seeing print kind of recently.

Whenever a creature with flying an opponent controls blocks, ~ deals 2 damage to that creature. Cacti planted high in the sky. Where planes roam and birds fly. Ouch!
Why did I do Sky Garden from Mario Kart: Super Circuit? Well, I don't know.

Right guys, white used to regen, now it doesn't really with some exceptions.
I don't know, doesn't make sense to post a card that it's unlikely they would ever print. I know sometimes we post off the wall crazy cards (see my July 4th card), but those seem obviously not serious. Oh well.
