Only 10% of Nalta folks have magic powers - mostly impressive, unbridled and dangerous. Ruled by their changeable nature, they can become a superheroes - or supervillains as well. All other people of this world are called "mobs" and can follow them in hope to attract attention and shine...
Three moons of Carch, world full of cheerful and frivolous life, have a strange effect on its inhabitants. Depending on their position, one or another faction of this world starts massive upheavals, which usually ends up with another great revolution, so the concept of permanent power is inapplicable to this world. However, it ends pretty quickly - but only to be started again after.
Zeteb was a failed experiment: the first Phyrexian attempt at an artificial plane that later resulted in the creation of Rath, terraformed not from flowstone but from darkly empowered ice, frost, and snow from across the multiverse. The weaponized pseudo-tundra proved to be all too effective, and even the Phyrexian masters of the place had to abandon it. Now the tech-cults, righteous warbands, mystical venturers, and heartless profiteers among the sentient races of Zeteb all have designs on the key to the machinery that powers the very plane.

Three moons of Carch, world full of cheerful and frivolous life, have a strange effect on its inhabitants. Depending on their position, one or another faction of this world starts massive upheavals, which usually ends up with another great revolution, so the concept of permanent power is inapplicable to this world. However, it ends pretty quickly - but only to be started again after.
Zeteb was a failed experiment: the first Phyrexian attempt at an artificial plane that later resulted in the creation of Rath, terraformed not from flowstone but from darkly empowered ice, frost, and snow from across the multiverse. The weaponized pseudo-tundra proved to be all too effective, and even the Phyrexian masters of the place had to abandon it. Now the tech-cults, righteous warbands, mystical venturers, and heartless profiteers among the sentient races of Zeteb all have designs on the key to the machinery that powers the very plane.
