Your card is definitely a Common at best, by the way. It's really really weak. It could cost W at Common and it would still be underwhelming.
Archsincubbus: Just like cards, Set ideas are done once you pick the last card and you have to do 2 or more. You didn't added the card to the pack's card pool, didn't made the Set ideas for anyone to pick, and jumped straight to the first Common. Kinda missing a few steps right there. :/
Also, making the pack's mechanics from the get-go is a no-no. We usually make the mechanics on the card themselves instead. Just make the Set's initial idea, and let the other posters have some fun with it making their own mechanics. Of course, you can help as well, making your own cards. The game is much cooler that way.

Zumm: Living fast and dying young is more than a state of mind on this plane. An high influx of red mana has caused the plane to be in constant motion. Nomadic human tribes wage fast and bloody wars for constantly shifting territory. Primitive leonin tribes hunt and are hunted by the hypersonic predators of the Moving Jungle. Meanwhile goblins roam around capturing other species to ritually sacrifice to the elementals that dwell in constantly volcanic mountain ranges. Arlanga was a plane where light and darkness fought into an neverending cycle, until the incarnation of night and darkness, Randa, broke the cycle and defeated her nemesis, the incarnation of the day and light, and plunged the world into an neverending cold night. Now, Arlanga is a world befallen by darkness where monstruous shadows lurk every corner, and the survival of mankind is tied to the magical stones of Kama, the only source of heat and light in the plane. The survivors fight over themselves, desperately struggling to seize control of the remaining Kama to survive. Only a few brave stand to fight against the tyranny of Randa and restore the balance of Arlanga.
In the plane of Nerenia, magic is unnaturally weak, and mana itself is scarce. Nerenia's inhabitants have mastered techniques and created devices that control the flux of mana itself and encase magic in the so-called Catalysts. Only those with the Catalysts are able to be mages, and as such, only a select few nobles of the major empires wield the power of magic. In Nerenia, money is power, and magic is for the rich. However, the flow of mana is slowly growing, and a few talented mages are starting to wield magic without the aid of Catalysts. Archsincubbus: Just like cards, Set ideas are done once you pick the last card and you have to do 2 or more. You didn't added the card to the pack's card pool, didn't made the Set ideas for anyone to pick, and jumped straight to the first Common. Kinda missing a few steps right there. :/
Also, making the pack's mechanics from the get-go is a no-no. We usually make the mechanics on the card themselves instead. Just make the Set's initial idea, and let the other posters have some fun with it making their own mechanics. Of course, you can help as well, making your own cards. The game is much cooler that way.
