lol that is a good card but i think it might be too good because a six/six is very big for 4 mana and it has a lot of abilities and landfall does not work that way. its a little bit confusing and i dont understand it lol so i am going to give you a 4 out of 10 sorry
Army Ants G

Horde 2 (As long as you control five or more creatures that share a creature type, Amy Ants gets +1/+1)
1/1
Hordse is not a very good keyword lol
next - make a powerful sorcerie in black and white
You're right, Horde isn't very good. I'm confused, though, as to why you interpreted this as Horde 2, when there's nothing related to two in the rules text: you need 5 creatures and they only get +1/+1. Where does the two come from? This is very weak. Also, "ant" is not a creature type, and seems redundant with "insect." 4/10
Powerful black and white sorcery:
Fearful Omen3WB

Tapped creatures get -4/-4 until end of turn.

Fearful Omen: I'm not seeing why this needs white in its mana cost. I do quite like the flashback twist with it having a lingering effect in exile. 5/10

I'll just say this: a 6/6 for four is good, but please note- it's legendary and it doesn't have any abilities- like first strike, trample, vigilance, etc... so basically, it's a one-shot vanilla 6/6 (Leatherback Baloth is a 4/5 for :symg::symg::symg:). with no boom behind it's beef, it's easily chumpblocked with no consequence.
It's also got no ETB ability like Mulldrifter or Shreikmaw, so atbest his Soulshift ability will recur something if you Evoke him- but even recuring a specific type is steep for :symw::symg::symr:...
Hence the Arcane ability- you Evoke him, splice onto him, soulshift something-- the Landfall will enable you to do it again.
though, looking at him now, he'd be interesting for a Kamigawa oriented EHD General. he is combo oriented though.
Also, in regard to your Army Ants- it would have been worded "Horde 2- As long as you control two or more creatures that share a type with ~, ~ gets +1/+1." no idea where you got '5 or more'... and i asked for Non-Creature.
Tareblor- so white gets an overcosted, legendary, indestructible Keldon Warlord? even with his "tap'im when something dies" draw back, he's overcosted. players could run sacrifice outlets to keep him in check. 2/10 he'd be a lousy Mythic Rare to pull...

I give it a 7/10. Classic style for an angel, with typical angel key word abilities. Changing it up an making it a changling is a cool concept though.
Alter of the Damned 5

Channeled Rage :sympr::sympr::sympr:
Instant (U)
Channeled Rage deals damage to target creature equal to the amount of life you've lost this turn.
Altar of the Damned: That's a pretty extreme form of non-hard-casting: with a quick gatherer search, I count only seven cards that can move a non-creature artifact from your graveyard to battlefield. It's ability is interesting—I like how you've made something that can have a lot of counters with out being too broken. 7/10
Wow, like all good Phyrexian Mana spells that is kind of ridiculous. An almost Obliterate in all colors might be a little too powerful for 6 and 4 life, but I love massive board wipes, so I'll give it an 8.5 out of 10.
Desolation - 2BR

Sacrifice ~, pay half your life, rounded up: destroy all permanents
Next: Graveyard Interaction! Weather it be a hoser or a helper is up to you, but have fun with it!
Desolation: I think this could just be "Whenever you lose 2 or more life...". Could be _very_ good with phmana cards, obviously and even without it really punishes any strategies that involve damaging one's opponent. As this is a relatively common strategy, this should probably either cost more or have some form of restriction. 3/10
Necroplasm 3BUG

Next: Preferably a GUB instant, but any wedge color card will do (wedge cards have two allied colors and their enemy color in their mana cost)
I really like the design. Fits well in the colors and is very ballanced. Could be really cool in the right deck. 9/10
Gravecaller's Trickery - 3GUB

Counter target spell. Then choose artifact, creature, or land. Discard cards from the top of your library until a card of the chosen type is discarded this way. Then shuffle your graveyard into your library.
Next - A rainbow flavored artifact (each of the five colors should be represented in some way on the card)
I think it's very interesting that the mill is just there as an additional cost/bonus depending on if you want to self mill. I'd suggest tying the two halves of the card together by having it mill you until you reveal a card the shares a card type with the countered spell... hmm, I just noticed the last sentence; what's the point of milling cards into your graveyard if you're just going to shuffle them back into your library? 3/10 some potential, but I think you missed something.
Rainbowcatcher
Artifact (R) Imprint—Whenever a player plays a spell, you may search your library for a monocolored card that shares a color with that spell and exile it. Then, if a spell of each color has been exiled, you may cast them all without paying their mana costs.
Well, that's just a horrible card, imo... Let's try again...

Next: Make a colorless artifact with a colored activation cost.
I'm not going to lie, tossing an activation for each color for all of those seems a bit.. odd. I'd kinda toss it a 2-3 because of the fact that so many keywords is just plain overwhelming and kinda feels like a copout. Edit: I will note this came out kinda harsh, wasn't meaning to sound like it wasn't creative, I do find it creative the keywords you chose for each color, just not a fan of so many keywords on a single card.

My biggest problem with this is flavor. "R:+1/+0" is thought of as a Firebreathing ability, from that card, which doesn't jive well in my mind to a sword. As a note, man it is hard to find a "sweet spot" for cost-effort on spawning Zombies.. across the board it seems like the number of zombies per black mana spent shifts drastically on spells.. I figure this spell could see use as either a self tool that you could build up to spawn extra zombies, or as a way to discourage your enemy from tossing out that Gravecrawler every turn.

Ragnarok - ... I have never seen a simultaneously underpowered and overpowered card... Underpowered because its a 5/5 for 8 if you don't activate the ETB effect, and Overpowered since it could end games in an instant draw if you DO activate the ETB... maybe make it deal 1 damage for every card they had to sacrifice... and boost the power a bit... though it follows what it was asked for and I know several people who would play it, myself included just as a failsafe card, as much as I hate land type. 7/10

Moath: This is either quite good or quite broken, and I'm not sure which. The things I don't like are the twobrid mana (yes, I know it was the challenge but he'd be fine at 2UR), and that he can put opponent(s) in the position of either dying to decking or killing him and dying to damage. At the same time, that's some very good and visceral tension and I like original CU costs. Overall I think he's just a bit too swingy: I'd suggest either making him only damage players and/or making his damage ability symmetric and/or making the damage trigger only when he's sacrificed. 8/10
