Eternal Repyment2GG
Enchantment U
Cards named Evergrowing Garden have dredge X, where X is 1 plus an additional 1 for each elemental plant creature token you control.
Not 100% sure what you meant by 'reuse'... So I took a shot in the dark.
Next: A card that helps these tokens while its in your hand, but it hurts you to keep it in your hand at the same time. (Interpret that as you want. It might hurt because you lose life or it might hurt because itd be great to have in play. Lots of ways to interpret this)
eh, whoops... i'm kinda sure that if Evergrowing Gardens were ever printed, people would be tossing away critters just to have an army of Multani wannabe's... still, Recover and Granduer... wee!
Eternal- you should probably specify "Cards named Evergrowing Gardens in your graveyard..." because while they're in your graveyard, it wouldn't apply to them- and permanents with dredge on hte battlefield are stuck waiting to die- to lose that ability. over all, narrow request, you did your best. 8/10

Enchanted creature gets +4/+4, has flying and first strike, and is an Dragon in addition to its other types.

Well, you did a good job with a narrow restriction. Personally, I would have been ok tweaking the abilities a bit to make it more "dragony" while still clearly relating to Angelic Destiny. 10/10
Flames of Purity2WR
Sorcery {R}
Split second.
Radiance- Target creature and each creature you control that shares a color with it gains protection from red until end of turn. Flames of Purity deals 3 damage to target creature and each creature that shares a color with it.
Purity, I like it and it fits the challenge, but I think you almost overcosted it. Even if it could be a one sided "pyroclasm" I think 1WR would be fine. Its not as strong as DoJ, and that costs 4. 9/10

Well it exiles "all othernonland permanents" this allows both players to keep their lands, AND you to keep the Tachyon on the battlefield. In this way, the Tachyon player can have the option to "loop" Tachyons. Thats why I didn't make it an instant, but an artifact. Even then, in the mirror, both players can create the loop.
This loop would be interesting to build a combo around of other permanents with ETB triggers like Oblivion Ring and/or Mulldrifter, Avalanche Riders.
