i think the sacrifice requirement balances out a relatively specific planeswalker/quest hate card, but @ 2 cmc it might be too fast even as a sorcery.

EDIT: Funny thing I just notice. While Planar Void remove cards that were sent to the gy, the card created by Spujika remove them instead, so the effect of "Artificial Death" would be more like Leyline of the Void, or the constant effect of Samurai of the Pale Curtain. (Obviously the first one only remove cards sent to the oponents gy, and the second one just works with permanents and not with cards from anywhere, but you get the point)
