Creature - Archon (M) T: The next time a source of your choice would deal damage to Spark Archon, prevent that damage.
If a creature would attack you, instead put three loyalty counters on Spark Archon and it becomes a planeswalker with "Creatures must attack Spark Archon if able."
6/6
My understanding of the rules suggests that for every time a creature would attacks you, the Archon gets three counters. So if they swing with five creatures, the Archon gets 15 counters (and is no longer a creature). Then they have to attack the Archon until his loyalty is depleted. Even as a planeswalker it should retain the T ability.

IIW: Damage over time?
I believe the way you have it worded, this is a one-turn fog (since creatures can't attack Archon until it becomes a walker, thus the first attack is stopped by the Archon's ability), then creatures have to attack Spark Archon or they'll just give it more counters. It seems to work though.

Hmm, interesting. Archons without flying is unheard of, but other than that it's cool. My only trouble is that if two 3/3's attack it directly in 'walker mode, it's pretty easy to kill (as they're not attacking you, you don't get extra loyalty). 8.5/10
