That's ludicrous. You're simply splitting hairs. The challenge was to make something like Master of the Wild Hunt not to make its blue copy. I made something that worked conceptually similar to it in a very different way.
Maybe that's your opinion, but personally, my opinion is that your card is nothing at all like Master of the Wild Hunt. If I saw the two of them side by side, I wouldn't even think of them as related. That's just my opinion, if you disagree, that's fine, no reason to throw a fit about it.
Also, pointing out the fact that this card could exile a card of the same creature type is again, ludicrous. Bloody did not state anywhere within his challenge that it couldn't be one of the same type,
create me a card like master of the wild hunt. A creature that uses subordinate creatures of a different type to some effect. no sacrifice effects allowed; your 'master' should be kind to his/her subordinates ;-)
remember, I'd prefer it if your 'master' was a totally different creature than your 'subordinates'. the combo human - wolf worked for me as I really felt it fit flavorwise
Look, I didn't mean any offense with any of my statements, but the fact is that a lot of entrants clearly did not read the challenge. Personally, if it was me, I would have just slapped a big DQ on all of those entries and not have made any comments at all.
These are just my opinions. Relax. It's just pretend magic cards on the internet.

Personally, I think it's all kind of silly, but that's my opinion; if I were to say that I think its even more silly that two people, who have argued about judging and not judging a card because it was formatted correctly in a different manner, are posting their opinions about a situation that doesn't relate to them, you're free to dispute it and ignore it. bloodyspasm - Marsh Stumbler
Dripping with flavor, and pretty efficient stats make for a decent card. However, it seems a bit odd that it hoses and is weakened by one color at the same time. I like it overall, but I'd mostly always pick Wilt-Leaf Cavaliers over it. I like that it weakens as it 'gets farther into the marsh', but against MBC it wouldn't be much of a help. 6.5/10
Little_Money - Mulchify
Ooh. I like this one. Take out a chump and ramp in the same card... Might be a mite overpowered, because turn three you're almost always going to be able to kill something with it, but sorcery speed helps. It generates nice board presence, helps with annoying chump blockers, but could cost 1 more maybe. Nice card. 8/10
The Motley Fool - Dutyborn Cleric
Kind of cool, certainly good for defense with tokens or weenies. This reminds me a bit of an anti-Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile, which is a good thing, because I played Kithkin back in LOR block. Could be a little overpowered looking at Kitsune Palliator, but since it's only blocking creatures I think it's fine. 6.5/10

I don't quite understand how this is meant to work... I'll assume this is meant to put them under your control, then shuffle one back every turn. It's a cool effect, but you might have pushed the power level with two creatures and Storm. Also, Storm feels a bit tacked onto this card. Overall, if I'm understanding it correctly, it's too powerful but a creative effect. 6/10
Brofaux - Spindle Rider
Very cool! Almost a guaranteed kill of something your opponent controls, unless he or she has three creatures with toughness 4 or more. One small problem I have with it - it doesn't feel blue. 'Must be blocked' is semi-traditionally a green ability, with several exceptions (including Kederekt Creeper), and when I see spider I think green. I like it a lot, but it doesn't fit with blue. 7.5/10
DeusofCalamity - Sejeri Journeyman
I feel like Akoum Battlesinger could just as easily fill this card's place in a dedicated Ally deck. How many Allies do you play a turn when you're already dropping something that costs three with two colors? I can however see this being devastating in a Warp World Ally deck, but other than that it seems pretty straightforward. 6/10
EBB - Mind Geyser
Blue acceleration, yay! I like this card but I'm not quite sure how the rules of it would work. I'm not sure you can just turn artifacts into islands, but this would really help buff up cogs decks and whatnot. Blue acceleration is something that hasn't really been tested, and I think this is the perfect way to do it. By the way, the CMC of that card is 4, but since you can cast it for 2 or 3, I'll let it slide... 7/10
Cetonis - Persistence
As much as I love Rancor and its ilk, this feels pretty narrow... Sure, it prevents two-for-ones, and helps recur your aura, but this takes up a slot where you could put things much more useful. Sure, putting this on an Eldrazi Conscription would be epic, but in the end it doesn't net you card advantage, just prevents the loss of something no one really plays. This could be fun with Totem Armor, but they may not even see play. Cool, but narrow, effect. 5.5/10
Pendle - Eldrazi Reclaimer
I'm not sure the rules allow you to just change an ability like that. You could say 'if a creature with Annihilator would come into play, put an X counter on it. Creatures with X counters on them have Annihilator 1,' or even simpler, 'Creatures with Annihilator have Annihilator 1.' Annihilator stacks, so there's no need for clunky wording for a pretty simple ability. Look at Cavalry Master; it works the same, like with Bushido. As for the actual card, I don't think it really makes too much of an impact when it comes down, and how many Eldrazi are you actually going to be able to cast in one game? Answer - one, maybe two. 5.5/10

There's nothing particularly exciting about this card. Even in a limited format, this isn't particularly great or interesting. Without level up you pay 2 mana for a 0/1 vanilla, which is obviously awful. Level up once, and you get a 2/2 Shroud... which is so much worse than Humble Budoka in green (which is automatically a 2/2 Shroud without having to pay more to level up), though maybe fair in blue. At level 3, a 4/3 Shrouded Forestwalk is decent, but I just don't find it worth the effort. Flavorwise, I take issue with several aspects of this design - Forestwalk only appears in one blue card in all of magic, so I don't see how it fits in a hybrid card; Islandwalk would be more apropos as both green and blue have Islandwalk creatures. The creature types are also a bit of a mess. Dryad Plant Mutant? What? It makes me think some weird Simic experiment mixed a Dryad with a Plant. But if so, why is it hybrid blue? Those are both green creatures. And why would you mix a Dryad with a Plant? Dryads are kind of like Plants already anyway. And why would the resulting product have Shroud and Forestwalk? It seems like standard Dryad stuff, where are the Plant qualities? The only thing non-Dryady is the fact that it can be blue.

[Level 5+] t: target player loses 4 life and you gain 4 life. Remove a level counter from ~. [5 / 5]
This is an interesting approach. My main concern is that it's a 2 mana 5/5 (and in nongreen), even if it does cost 10 life. B/W is good at gaining life anyway, but I do like that it encourages you to play lifegain just so multiples of this guy are more playable.
If you play more conservatively, you can level this guy up pretty quickly without much life loss - turn 2, play this guy and do nothing. Turn three, pay 4 life and level him up to 2, then use him to block with his glorious 4 toughness and on EOT make up the loss of life with a 4-point life differential (you gain 2, they lose 2. So, for example, if you haven't lost any life somewhere else, you and your opponent will be even.) Turn 4, pay the remaining 8 life to level him up to 5. Use him as a 5/5 blocker, then EOT make up the loss of 8 life with his ability (You lost 8, but now you're getting back 4 and they're losing 4 once again putting you back even). From then on, his ability actually will put you ahead on life - you pay 2, but the differential is 8. And the whole time, you have a too-big-for-its-cost creature on the board and you're not even tying up your mana to level it up.
I could easily see this being used as wincond just by itself in a control heavy deck. Fill your deck with removal and control and just win with this guy.
It's definitely powerful - I am even skeptical about it being balanced. But it's hard to say without seeing it in action. Even assuming its balanced, this should definitely be relegated to RARE rarity, at least. In multiples, this guy is dangerous for limited. I am reducing your score by a full letter grade for this mismatched rarity, since the challenge was to make an uncommon or common card.

[3+] Flying, ~ has +X/+X where X is equal to the number of other creatures with flying in play. <4/4>
I think this is fair. It's a little dangerous, since the level 2 trigger is on upkeep. You're always going to be afraid of investing mana into this guy in case your opponent removes him before your next upkeep comes around. But a 2/2 flying for 2 ain't bad, and makes sense in those colors. You can swing with this guy in the air, and just level him when you have nothing else better to do with the mana.
You made a mistake on the levels - you have a [2-3] level slot, then a [3+] level slot. So, technically this is two different things at level 3. Did you mean for it to be [level 4+] at the end?
I like that this encourages you to play lots of flying creatures, like a u/w "skies" deck. The level up cost is appropriate, and as you mentioned, I like the tension between making it bigger at the final level, and keeping it at a certain level range so it will keep spitting out birds.
Overall, great, flavorful card. It can be underwhelming at times, since the level up cost is rather steep, but since you get a 2/2 flier for 2, I think it's fair at uncommon.

Yeah, it attacks on turn 2 if you skip playing your two-drop for the turn to level this up instead. Aggro would rather play a Savannah Lions type creature and attack for 2 on turn 2 and still have mana to play a creature 2nd turn.

Creature - Dryad Plant Mutant (U)
Level Up 2 [0/1]
[1-3] Shroud [2/2]
[4+] Shroud, Forestwalk [4/3]
I am a creative and exuberant individual; a lover of knowledge and enthusiast of rationality. The things that I value in life are learning, friendship, and passion; it is with these factors that I attain a great deal of information and companions. My goal in life is to have fun learning as much as I possibly can while enjoying all there is within the world. At my best I'm insightful, imaginative, and powerful; at my worst I'm volatile, uncontrollable, and childish.
Creature - Human Warrior Soldier {U}
Level 1 [3/1]
[Level 2-6] First Strike [4/1]
[Level 7+] First Strike; Whenever ~ blocks or becomes, it deals 2 damage to each blocked or blocking creature [5/2]
Take a mechanic from the pre-mirrodin era, and a mechanic after the mirrodin era, and create a card that flavorfully melds both mechanics.
Creature - Elf Warrior (C)
Level Up 3 [2/2]
[1-2] Haste, Trample [3/3]
[3+] Haste, Trample; Sacrifice a Mountain or Forest: Valley Elf gets +1/+1 until end of turn. [5/5]
(well, it could be a common in ROE's setup anyway)
Creature - Human Wizard (U)
Level up BR [1/1]
[Level 1-2] [2/2]
[Level 3+] Trample, Lifelink; At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice Bloodbound Summoner. [7/1]
(I just wish there was an elegant way to change his creature type to Demon when fully leveled.)
EDIT: Now with render!
Creature - Human Cleric {U}
Level Up - Pay 2 life. [1 / 3]
[Level 2 - 4] T: target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life. [2 / 4]
[Level 5+] T: target player loses 4 life and you gain 4 life. Remove a level counter from ~. [5 / 5]
Two mana for a 5 / 5 with a powerful ability? Ah, but the drawback is steep, young padawan...
(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)
How did curiosity kill a cat?
(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)(W/R)

Becomes what? You missed the word "blocked." I think this card is rather underwhelming. Because its ability hits each blocked or blocking creature, it will hit itself! All that leveling up just to kamikaze...

This is essentially a non-hasted Ball Lightning with Lifelink for... (B/R)BBBRRR. Pretty terrible :/
Why is he a Bloodbound Summoner? What does he summon?

Or it's a 2/2 that attacks on turn 2 in aggro colors and turns into a lifelink ball lightning when you want it to. I don't know how much you want a common to do...
Yeah, it attacks on turn 2 if you skip playing your two-drop for the turn to level this up instead. Aggro would rather play a Savannah Lions type creature and attack for 2 on turn 2 and still have mana to play a creature 2nd turn.
Any way you cut the mustard, it's not very desirable. :/

Actually, I meant it to be that it deals 2 damage to each creature it blocks or each creature blocking it. I didn't mean it to do damage to itself. And i did miss the word blocked. :\
