Dunno if it's been done before, but this is a simple idea for a game:
I name a token and the next person designs a card that makes it, then names a new (or same) token for the next person. It doesn't have to be a creature token.
First:
1/1 blue creature token named Prodigal Sorcerer with ":symtap:: This creature deals 1 damage to target creature or player."
