While I love the idea, this is über-broken. There is a TON of ways for this card to go infinite at instant speed, so ignoring removal. I suggest changing something on the card. Maybe, for flavor and balance reasons, change it to "Whenever a creature you don't control dies..."?
"nontoken" may be a better fix.
Now you can sacrifice the tokens and get more tokens.
Token makers often use the word "nontoken" as well to prevent too obvious infinite interactions (Golgari Germination)
