Even blue very seldomly gets 1/1 fliers for 1 without a drawback. In a color that doesnt see much fliers and to also have the birds ability is a tad overpowered, yes, but that doesnt mean that birds are underpowered at all.
Anyway: I think this spell is almost fair...just a minor fix.
