Just so you know you can do this: {gw}{rw}{ub}{bg} etc. in the mana tags in order to get the same thing. I'm going to try to fix the order of the hybrid spells (i.e. (G/W) is last) so here goes!

Seriously, I might be missing something here but that didn't seem ridicolously broken, just very good.
Well, it initially had double strike instead of first strike, but I kind of like the base of it, so I didn't want to make it so powerful that it had to be made useless (ala cumulative upkeep or something).

This seems balanced. It doesn't say "other" so it's a 2/2 flyer for WU by itself. Reminds me of Wizenned Cenn switching a W for U and making it even better, but not overpowered. It is all creatures you control, so it is more powerful than a regular lord. Maybe costing 1WU would balance it... or maybe this:
