Creatures you control that are attacking cannot be blocked by creatures that do not have an identical converted casting cost. In other words, if I attack with a creatre with a converted casting cost of 3, it can only be blocked by a creature with a total converted casting cost of 3.

By the same token, if my creatures block any creatures, unless the converted casting costs are identical, the blocked creatures have their power reduced to zero.

While that's an interesting variant, that's not within what you can do in this game. I think you can make it a Tribal Elf card, but I'm not sure. I am sure you can't change costs or remove words. Since you didn't post a next card, I suggest we stay with Herbal Poultice.

The Rules (read page one)
You 'fix' the previous poster's card by handicapping it so it might actually appear in a set.
Then, you post a card of your own with a crazy casting cost for its ability (either too high OR too low.)
Then, the next person has to fix your card and then post one to fix for the next poster.
You CANNOT remove abilities,
you CANNOT change its casting cost or power/toughness (if it's a creature), etc.,
but have to ADD handicaps to make it as close to "balanced and playable" as it would be in an official Wizards set. It can be any card - instant, sorcery, etc.

Meaning all the wording, casting cost, and abilities must stay the same with your added handicap or boon, so Blutsau, your card is not valid.
It is important to read the first page, especially in a 100+ page thread.
