Thought ReplacementU Instant {R}
Counter target spell. Its controller may draw 3 cards. Sometimes one's best ideas come from someone else.
-----
This is another counter for those combo decks that win in one turn. And is pretty good on that. But I wouldn't see it on another kind of deck, neither aggro, control or mid-range. 4/10
Wobbles
Sylvan Recall G
Sorcery (r)
Draw three cards, then choose two cards from your hand. For each of those cards, pay 4 life or put them back on top of your library. The library contained the ancestral wisdom of the elves. This is all that remains.

Oh, nostalgia attack! Too bad Sylvan Library wasn't a true green card. Yet still this card is way powerful, a much better Brainstorm. 5/10
Kensei
Taxing EngagementW
Instant (U)
Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn. Up to three target permanents don't untap during their controller's next untap step.

A nice good twist to a boring ability. I would reduce the tap stuff to creatures to avoid being a way better Fatigue. 6/10

Counter target spell. Destroy any number of target nonland permanents with total converted mana cost equal to or less than that spell’s converted mana cost.
Mantra of Memory 4UUU
Instant
Scry 3, tap 6 target permanents, then put the top 9 cards of target players library into their graveyard.
Obsess(For the rest of the game, whenever you cast an instant spell, exile it and put a copy of this spell on the stack.) 3 6 9 3 6 9 3 6 9
Each player searches his or her library, graveyard, and hand for five cards and exiles them, then each player sacrifices all of their permanents, puts all cards in their library into their graveyard and discards their hand. Return the cards exiled with Let there be Darkness to their owner's hands and then exile all cards in each player's graveyard. Each player's life total becomes 5 and cannot lose the game without having 0 life.

Vanishing 2
When Holy Judgement is put into a graveyard from play if it had no time counters on it the games ends at the beginning of the next end step. The player with the most lives wins the game.

Hmmm Very interesting design. It punishes the opponent for using any big cost killer spells to the tooth and nail. The problem I see with this is it is a counter spell so if your opponent just doesnt cast anything and just lays into you it doesnt help you. Alone I can't see this as a finisher but it defanitly changes the board drasticly. I would almost be tempted to say it is overcosted by a smudge... 7/10

Wow... talk about a form of Epic mechanic. Turning any spell into this one could prove useful. Tapping 6 permanents, while milling your opponent hurendiously and scrying for lower costed spells to repeat. Definantly a finisher in my book. 9/10

Hmmm... place this and the race begins- well unless you have a hexmage... I've never been a fan of instant win type spells or instant losses. Being so many way you could possably break this is also semi-scary. As far as finishers go it ends the game by itself... so- I guess it fits the challenge. 6/10

...A planeswalker- now thats sort of cheating but fair enough lol. Hmm, the synergy of the abilities though seems ackword to me. Why draw cards and then have his ultimate be a massive Unsummon? The "creatures dont attack me" either doesnt make much sense with the other two abilities either... Being a planeswalker he'll recieve a huge amount of hate also so bring in a late game high cost one seems very risky and the risk in this case doesnt qualify for this type of reward- a draw :/ 5/10
Ponce- Interesting. Six is high to just draw an extra card, but not horribly so. The fact that it turns off the next five attacks is more problematic, it's just so synergistic if you're playing with other walkers. I mean, there are only two ways for most decks to beat a walker, attack its controller or attacking it. It's a little unflavorful that it still allows your creatures to attack, and I don't connect the ultimate to anything else the card is doing. 7/10
Kensei- At 8, a card has to win the game, and I'm not convinced this does. This is the kind of card that needs a cheaper option like cycling so that it isn't totally dead at most points in the game. Brutal if you ever get it to work, but it's no cruel ultimatum. 6/10
Naktron- this effect has been kinda done 3 times. Most notably with Ceseltial Convergance. Between that and test of endurance, I'm not sure where this fits. I would actually like it more if it were stronger, because at least it would feel more unique. 5/10
Red Death- I really like this card, mostly because I love x card blind forum games. A few things: the cards should be exiled facedown so its harder to force a draw, and you should figure out a way to avoid draws. Right now, its entirely possible that neither player resolves a way to win and the game will never end. Not good. Thats definately true if some can see you're grabbing burn or creatures, so they grab life gain and removal. Plus, who reveals their five first? Neat idea, though. Maybe the cards should become your library instead of your hand? That way people can still deck. 7/10
Wobbles: WOW, ramp makes this insane. Seems balanced, though. 7/10
Nakarton: Well, if your not winning the game on turn 6 you're probably not going to use this. Its almost a dead card unless (like Wobbles said) use hexmage with it. BGW ramp could be awesome with this. Otherwise not too good. 5/10
PanchoPonce: Unfortunately, if this hits, unless your opponent has some kind of direct damage, you freeze the game for 5 turns. This walker is too scary but in a good way. 6/10
red_death01: This is really confusing and like Wobbles said: If someone doesn't end the game WITH their cards then the game won't end. Still, nifty concept. 6/10

Kensei: Nice card, nice affect I just don´t like the name very much. For sure a fun multiplayer card. Casual fun.
7/10
Wobbels: cool card, really nice cantrip time. As soon as you hit 7 mana this is game over for your opponent, maybe needs to be 8 mana. 8/10
PanchoPonce: The cards fits the challange, in some way cool, i don´t see the first ability fitting in the sceme. something like : +1 Until your next turn you have shroud and target creature can´t attack might fit better. 5/10
Red_Death: Quite complicated. Pretty narrow use and it doesn´t feel completely black to me. But it really changes the game ;). 5/10
((Nakraton: My own creation, mehh. Didn´t know about Ceseltial Convergance, wouldn´t have done that if i knew it. almost a copy (4/10))).
Well, this is a no contest since wobbles didn't judge. I'm in a mood so I'll go ahead and ban him from this next contest as per the rules of the thread. Anyway, new contest:
