Sutherlands: No card
Little_Money: It is green, and has no coins. Luck, though? Eh. Fixing your draws isn't really luck. I like it, but replacing a draw with a draw will confuse players. 1/2
Jack Half-a-Prayer: Green, luck, no coins in sight. The templating is iffy, but it's interesting enough. 1.5/2
muchsarcasm: I almost missed the luck aspect of this, but it is indeed there. It is green. I see no coins... though you could use coins for the -1/-1 counters. The yelling of KHAN is a joke I have heard but do not get, and hence do not find funny. At all. 1/2
All In GGGGG
Sorcery - Luck
As an additional cost to play ~, up the ante by everything you own.
(You have now gone all in. That means if you lose, you will have failed at life, have no possible, successful future, and will live a life of poverty as a greedy mendicant. However, if you win, you will just have won everything that target opponent has bet. Which could be nothing.)
You and target opponent each roll a dice. Highest roll wins. Winner takes all. "But--"
When I forget to read the rules I get too ahead of myself. Luck is conviently a human construct that acts as an emotion so here comes.

Act of Envy3G
Enchantment
Whenever a nontoken, non-legendary creature comes into play, that creature’s controller may choose an opponent. Then both players play an odds or evens game. If the result of the game is even and the converted mana cost of that creature is odd, or vice-versa, any player other than that creature’s controller may scream “I want one (Creature’s name here) for me, too!”. Each player who does it put a creature token into play that’s a copy of that creature. “I want one Leviathan for me, too!” - Timmy, Power Gamer
