I like the core ideas. The white and red ones feel like uncommons or high-end commons, but the other three feel like rares. What is your target for this cycle?

The brawler needs something else, otherwise its just a meh 3/1 for 2.
The Rite is too strong, as the base ability is already fairly balanced at 2 without the added texts. Formidable copying means draw a card for each creature you control, which is way too strong for 2 mana. Also, putting the counter on before the Ferocious ability checks means you could actually pump a 3/3 and then get the card, so changing the order is relevant.

Hunters' Mystery Rite is probably better at 2G so I'll take it at that. I also take your point regarding the order of effects and will go with your change. There are a few "draw a card for each creature" you control effects, but I think the most relevant one here is Inspiring Call. With that in mind, I think having a 4 power creature AND creatures with total power 8 is a sufficient hurdle for the effect with added bonus at 3 mana.
A 2/2 Flyer with prowess for 3 is a strong common/uncommon. You've added flash and the ability to effectively copy a spell. Way too much for 2U. Probably should be 2UU if you want to keep the flying.
Reckless Brawler could do more for what it is. If you Dash it and then play it, you basically have a 3/1 haste that has to attack for RR. A 3/1 that can block and doesn't have to run itself into a death chump is 1W or 1R, so this could have another ability easily.
The difference with inspiring call is (a) its not pumping your creatures and (b) you can't surprise block with it and (c) it only draw for some of your creatures. As written, your card will blow out an attacker or blocker who was expecting their creatures to live and draw you a card. Adding drawing for all your creatures at instant speed would be way over the top. Shamanic Revelation is 5, getting that effect off Slate of Ancestry is 4, and if you are playing all the same type you can Distant Melody for 4, and those do nothing for your board state and, except for activating Slate, they are sorceries. If you want to draw cards for your whole team, it will need to be 5 mana and a sorcery at least.

That's fair regarding it be Instant speed, so I'll make it a sorcery. Maybe even shuffle the order of effects so the +1/+1 counter + untap comes last.
If you want I think whether you remove flash or flying, 1/2 is balanced. I wouldn't go as far as 2/2, especially because you could flash it in after attacks and then trigger prowess with whatever instant you are also setting up with rebound.
If you're going for a rare on the Brawler, I'd go with first strike. Menace if its an uncommon, but your cycle is probably at rare based on the blue and black cards.
Sorcery is a good solution if you want to keep it drawing for all your creatures. You get the untap, but it isn't a combat surprise.

I do like that effect order for Hunters' Mystery Rite, and I think I'll go with Menace for Reckless Brawler. First Strike increases its survivability and that's probably a bit counter to the overall idea, yeah? I think I'll tweak some stuff too.
