Tibalt Searing Devilish RR
Legendary Planeswalker - Tibalt
As an additional cost to cast Tibalt, discard a card at random or pay {3}. Tibalt enters the battlefield with an amount of loyalty equal to the amount of mana spent to cast it. +0: Reveal the top card of your library. Any opponent may have you put that card into your graveyard. If a player does, Tibalt deals 3 damage to them. Otherwise, put that card into your hand. -X: Tibalt deals x damage to each opponent and to each creature they control. Damage can't be prevented this turn. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead. Loyalty: 0
A bit of templating. If you want to stop damage prevention for the turn it needs to happen before you deal the damage. If you just want the damage you deal to be unpreventable then you mention it after the damage. This is because you follow instructions in order unless later text specifically modifies previous text. Currently you deal X damage then set up an anti prevention clause after the damage would have been prevented.
Onto the card. Its probably too good at a cost of 2. The 0 is the real meat of the card and getting that engine going on turn 2 is back breaking. Also against any deck where its relevant being able to nuke the field for 1 and keep a walker is even more game ending.
Edit: Thinking on it longer that second ability is fairly nuts. A one sided pyroclasym that costs an additional card is an excellent stall breaker and the added function of being card advantage through actual csrds or burn makes it an easy main deck despite veing a side deck card. I think the only reasonable fix is the make it damage all players and all creatures. Even that might be too good. No other walker has such a devastating ability regardless of cost.
I feel like I'd like this better if it started with a set 1 loyalty and the 0 ability was a +1 instead. user_ is right that the 1-sided clasm effect is way too strong for 2 mana.
I do like the random discard as an additional cost, but I could see it as and EtB effect instead, so it becomes sort of a reward for playing when hellbent.
Every combination of this card is too powerful.
Card drawing / burn engine for 2 mana is OP.
One sided exiling Pyroclasm for 2 plus 2 burn is OP.
One sided exiling 5 damage to everything plus 5 burn for 5 is OP.
The card is pretty cool, but the -X is too good. The 0 is fine. I like -X with the variable mana cost, but I'm not sure how to balance it. Maybe it just deals X damage to everything non-tibalt rather than everything your opponents control.
You did discard a card if you played this for 2, so it's not totally crazy.

You get that card right back with the 0 ability. Either that or you discarded a Lightning Bolt that you then get to cast for free.
