Titaniusx the Grand Architect6 Legendary Artifact Creature — Golem
Defender
If Titaniusx the Grand Architect would deal damage to a creature a player controls, it deals that much damage to each creature that player controls instead.
Sacrifice an artifact: Search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library. If an artifact land was sacrificed this way, pay 2 or this effect does nothing.

Lore Card
"As a creator, the greatest bane is to create a beautiful world, only to have people fill it with atrocities. The only remedy is provided by those who fill it wonders everlasting. This has become the sole focus of my teaching."
So I came up with this a concept and began making my Super Special Awesome Chocolately Fudge Coated Super Card based around it. Thinking of a form to channel it in, I thought to take the Karn evolution I referenced in another flavor text and put it to use. The design looked great, but reason told me it wasn't what it wanted to be, for what it did, and how or when it actually needs to do it (in that form). So I broke the design apart and said to myself I can make an even better Karn the Grand Architect. Once again, I began the process of crafting my Super Special Awesome Chocolately Fudge Coated Super Card, but then looking at it, I said to myself, "Back in the day—just this—that would be all it needed; and the crowd would go wild.".
I was so entranced by the Mid-School Legacy style design, I decided to post it as it was. The power and toughness reflects the experience of Karn in his veteran experience. He gains all his previous toughness permanently, with a little more natural power to boot. However, he retains his pacifist nature, which I think is really intuitive to the design, and the concept of Karn as the bot he was. We as humans dynamically change. Time makes us bolder, and children get older, but bots would not weather like us. Their AI's advance—but they will forever remain integral to their origins. Below is the ability that I had originally given card alongside Defender and the land fetching. I decided to break it off, and said to myself, "This would make an awesome aura". In modern development, I can't imagine the Karn above could be printed without it. I had also initially questioned if it would make a plausable Keyword, so I've just gone along and tacked all those aspects together.
Berzerker2R Enchantment — Aura
If enchanted creature would deal damage to a creature a player controls, it deals that much damage to each creature that player controls instead.
The design is good, though defender makes the costing wierd, so I'm not sure if 5 is right or not here.
The activated ability is powerful, especially in legacy where you can sacrifice two artifacts to get dark depths and thespian stage at the same time.
First, I'd suggest the cost be "Sacrifice another artifact" as it doesn't make sense for Karn to be able to sacrifice himself to himself. Making the ability a tap ability or limiting it to once per turn and)or sorcery speed would help with balance, as would making the land enter tapped.
The land fetching seems a little off for pre-planeswalker Karn, since he didn't make mirrodin until after he sparked. You might want to make up your own character.
Berzherker is solid, but a bit undercoated. On a big creature, it becomes a one sided wrath if they decide to block it, so it should be at least 4-5. Adding a "Must attack if able" would be in flavor as well.
Making a non-planeswalker Karn is odd, but could make sense in the right context.
Big creatures with defender like this are pretty rare, and for a reason, because the game is generally more fun when both players are encouraged to attack with creatures and not gum up the board with blockers. That's especially true for something like this that's harder to deal with and capable of eating a lot of attackers to punish the opponent for attacking. I would prefer this have a condition to be able to attack like Harbor Serpent or Wishful Merfolk.
I would put either a tap cost, mana cost, or make the lands enter the tapped for the second ability just as rowanalpha suggested.
A potential suggestion:

As written your original card lets you fetch all the land out of your deck for free and make 1 mana for each one provided you run all the artifact lands.

I'm not really seeing the big issue with that deck option. You'll have to sacrifice the lands you bring into play. You can tap them from a mana before, but really, it's not all that fun, and is easily disrupted.
I honestly think it would be tacky to add "nonland" to the effect. I'll try to warm up to it though and get back to you.

The cost addition I suggested earlier, or a tap cost, would also solve this issue as well as limiting other potential shenanigans while also, IMO at least, being more elegant of a wording.
Okay, I updated the design, and went along and converted it entirely to a modernized version.
I don't feel there's any need to fully block the interaction with Artifact lands, so I added an additional cost clause to keep that opened up. From a development perspective, remember always we want to preserve as much interaction as possible (or the least amount of interaction that's necessary).
I'm going to disagree with the other poster about the Artifact Land thing, as its an issue that would only pop up in Legacy or Commander where the former already has faster infinite mana strategies and the later can max out at 6 artifact lands in a deck. The extra text takes away lot of the elegance for no gain. Having the land enter the battlefield tapped would solve the same problem and add only one word of text.
Your berzherker ability doesn't fit if you are committed to this being Karn. He was a pacifist, especially pre-walker, and this ability both doesn't fit theme. It also causes the game to stall on a defender, because no one will want to attack into him because their board will get wiped after block, but he cannot attack to leave that path open. The ability is best balanced on a creature that must attack if able which, again, doesn't fit Karn.
The clause you added to stop the artifact land interaction is very tacked-on. It literally calls out the specific interaction your worried about. There are much less inelegant and wordy ways to limit this ability being used in broken combos.
I am genuinely perplexed why you added the Berserker ability to this. It completely contradicts whole pacifist concept you've gone out of your way to reference by giving this defender, and it makes the card so much more of a crippling board stall that people will be terrified to attack into.
Both these changes only make the card design much worse.
