Mairsil's Spirit Cage 3
Legendary Artifact
Creatures you control named Mairsil, the Pretender have all activated abilities of all cards your opponent owns in exile with cage counters on them. You may activate each of those abilities only once each turn. 1UBR, T: Counter target activated ability from an artifact or creature and if you do exile that card as long as Mairsil's Spirit Cage is on the battlefield and put a cage counter on it.
False Witness WB
Creature - Human
Protection from creatures with bounty counters on them.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your opponent's control, put a bounty counter on that creature unless your opponent pays 1. 1/2
Black Rose's Counselor 2RB
Creature - Human Advisor Assasin
When Black Rose's Counselor enters the battlefield, target opponent becomes the monarch.
Creatures attacking the monarch have dethrone.
Whenever you become the monarch, proliferate (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.). 2/3
Genso no Kakushiken 4
Artifact - Equipment
Whenever equiped creature deals combat damage to a player, each opponent discards a card, unless they sacrifice a creature. You draw a card for each card discarded this way and gain 2 lifes for each creature sacrificed this way.

Weapon Ninjitsu 1UB(1UB, Return an equipment card equipped to an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand attached to an unblocked attacker you control.)

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield if you casted it from your Graveyard or it entered the battlefield from your graveyard choose one:
- Exile up to one target cards from a single graveyard. You gain 2 life if at least one creature card was exiled this way.
- Destroy target enchantment or artifact with converted mana cost 3 o less.
- Create a 1/1 colorless spirit creature token.
Aven War Hall 3
Artifact — Fortification
Fortified land has "At the beggining of your upkeep, if you control 30 or more Birds you win the game" and "2WU, Q: Create a 1/1 white and blue Bird creature token with flying".
Fortify 3 "Warfare is nothing more than a matter of numbers" - Derevi Empryrial Tactician

Enchantment Creature - Elemental
Bestow 4WRG
First Strike, haste, trample.
Enchanted Creature gets +5/+5 and has first strike, haste and trample. 5/5
All very nice ideas. Some of it is too parasitic for its cost, and the names all including the commander's name are a bit on the nose.
Mairsil's Spirit Cage - Copy-paste error in the static ability? The activated ability is obviously quite powerful but narrow in its usage; a non-Mairsil deck would almost always be better off with a Null Rod or its cousins. Still, good to see a better representation of Barl's Cage. (Fun fact: Did you know that in prerev canon, Ith's name was Barl and "Lord Ith" was just his title, basically meaning he was lord of a PLACE called Ith, where a maze was located?)
Mathas's False Witness - This would have perfect flavor and utility with "Mathas's" dropped from the name. Could maybe even cost less?
Marchesa's Counselor - Obviously great with both Marchesas, but... for that cost, it's a bit too narrow. Could this maybe force an opponent to become the monarch on ETB?
Yuriko's Secret Blade - Weapon ninjutsu is delightful but oof, equip only to a Ninja makes this narrow. I'd drop that line considering the costs are already high AND the card is wordy already.
Karador's Boon - Extremely flexible but the effects might be a bit small for three colors and a narrow condition. For one thing I'd change the trigger condition to "...if you cast it from your graveyard or it entered the battlefield from your graveyard..."

But that is not what the card represents...the feel around it is that you suddenly change weapons mid battle to surprise your opponent with this new trick.
