These are nice!
Breed Infiltrator = Maybe just "attacking creatures you control".
Living Peaks = Since it's legendary, call it "Living Peaks of ______".
Tharin Dragon: This really needs Haste. The cost of 2 lands is far too high for a 5 drop that has no immediate impact.
Breed Infiltrator: I like the card. Lately I'm not too fond of hardcore build around cards like this in limited... Those functioned better in older sets where the limited design was not so tight and most decks afforded to be more greedy and junky. Now days I would expect this card to either have enough stats to make the floor slightly higher (like 2/3 for 2U) or enable itself by granting changeling or bounce your own creatures. But all in all, great take on the changeling theme.
Vollupox: Another good design. Smallpox is among my favorite cards of all times. A pox is not a pox without LD - I would add the land sacrifice and bump it to rare.
Living Peaks: 5/5 amazing.
Arterak, the Compleator: Very interesting. For me it was a big surprise Modern Horizons did not use both -1/-1 and +1/+1 counters. It will take a very advanced set to make a exception for that convention and MH1 is as advanced as it gets. Maybe Vintage Horizons in the 50 year anniversary of the game...
