At the beggining of enchanted player's upkeep, that player reveals the top two cards of their library, any other player may pay 4 lifes and if they do, they can choose a card among them and exile it. Then put all cards revealed this way on top of its owner library in the same order.

When Spelltutter Apprentice enters the battlefield, return target creature a player with a Curse attached to it controls to its owner's hand.

Bruhillde's Bully 2R

Whenever a Curse is attached to a player, Bruhillde's Bully deals 1 damage to that player.

Cool concept. I think the choice of going Grixix is smart as Green/White curses always feels off. This also hits very new design space as enchantment-based decks outside of the classic enchantress colors.
The execution have some problems. A few points:
- Bruhillde first ability is way too powerful. With 2+ curses on play, everyone on the table have a incentive to either take him out or the curses. This defeats the political potential of the curse theme. I think this ability has to be something that supports curses but don't scale explosively.
- I feel like Bruhillde should be able to realocate curses at will, not only after beign attacked. This way he is a do nothing vs. control/combo archtypes. I feel not foulmouthing the jerk that counters your spells is a big flavor fail !
- I would rather have a couple interesting curse tutors or cards to dig curses then Cycling. Feels a bit lazy and out of place imo.
- Your 3 curses are both very cool.

There is something about curses that I
don'tdidn't jive with.Curse Cycling! Careful. This becomes more insane with each curse printed. [Anyone tell that to WotC about Atraxa and walkers ?]
