Thate pretty much says "destroy target creature". Even if in the rare chance that your opponent is playing auras, it's an instant, so you still have a big window to kill a creature.

Non enchanted creature is too close to any creature, because there aren't that many auras. I'd look at something similar to nonblack and converted mana cost restrictions. Or alternative / additional costs.
RB
Instant
Destroy target equipped creature or artifact. (just realized that artifact already covers vehicles and equipments)
The comment on the sorcery speed definitely makes a lot of sense. Because you can cast it in response to an aura, which kicks the whole concept. I am not sure if sorcery speed alone would warrant a CMC of 2.
I probably need to be either BB or BR (since red can't real with enchantments).
I was also thinking of a Sorcery with "~ has flash as long as there is no Aura on the stack." or something along the line.
The general idea is to make Auras much more desirable then they normally would be... The question would be how to design the downside in a way that it isn't simply a strictly better murder.

Drop your knees to the floor

For the great Miss Y!
Feast of Nightmares 2B
Sorcery (U)
Destroy target creature. Unless that creature was enchanted or equipped, draw a card.
That would be all but unprintable in a Standard-level expansion just for being preposterously strong in Limited. Hell, an almost unconditionally cantripped, easy mana cost Murder would be very strong in Constructed.
EDIT: Missed it was sorcery and not instant! Well, that's way more reasonable but still quite strong.
Feast of Nightmares 2B
Sorcery (U)
Destroy target creature. Unless that creature was enchanted or equipped, draw a card.
You might get away with this in limited as a rare.
Too strong in constructed. This is straight up 2 card advantage, like divination but better because your opponent loses his investment on the creature.

Hmm, Can Parting Thoughts possibly justify my version to being uncommon at 1BB or 3B? What do you think? Parting Thoughts is way more limited, but I'm assuming that such card would be made only in a limited environment where a creature being enchanted or equipped was as likely as having a counter on it?
Instant
Destroy target unenchanted creature.
Feast of Dreams but the other way around. I thought that might be interesting to play Auras for protection.
