**I personally don't think tremor effects should be all that common, but otherwise I don't see anything inherently wrong with it.
Catharsis 1R
Instant
Discard your hand.
Add RRRRR to your mana pool.
**See lions eye diamond.
Wraith Form 2BB
Enchantment
Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to you.
Whenever a creature attacks you, you lose 1 life.
**Intresting effect, I kinda like it.
Gathering Stones 4W
Sorcery
Gain 8 life.
Return all cards with a converted mana cost of 1 from your graveyard to your hand.
**I'm not sure how to evaluate this. I think it's pretty neat.
Traveler's Prayer W
Instant
Prevent all damage that would be dealt to target creature this turn and next turn.
*I don't really like effects that last beyond end of turn.
Choice Cut 3B
Instant
Choose one — Choice Cut deals 5 damage to target creature and you gain 2 life; or Choice Cut deals 2 damage to target creature and you gain 5 life.
*Intresting, I'm not really sure this is black though. Maybe red?
Prune 1G
Sorcery
Look at the top seven cards of your library. Put two of those cards into your graveyard, then shuffle the remaining cards and put them back on top of your library.
*I don't know. It's either underwhelming or stupidly broken.
Shade of Night's Wind 2B
Creature - Shade
0/1
Dash 0 (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it’s returned from play to its owner’s hand at end of turn.)
B: Shade of Night's Wind gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
*A free creature with a relivant ability.... umm... no?
Fiery Ascension - Neat. Very Chinese-menu; this feels like a specifically Izzet card maybe because of Tibor and Lumia.
Catharsis - This card is broken. Maybe not Lion's Eye Diamond broken but the card is degenerate in and of itself. Change "discard" to "exile" and we're maybe in okay territory.
Wraith Form - A very cool effect. The damage prevention is a bit of a color bleed but the flavor is good enough, and the overall feeling is old-school enough, to give it a pass.
Gathering Stones - This seems like a fun combo enabler.
Wrecking Crew - Love that typeline. This feels like one of my favorite Limited/niche Constructed/Pauper cards in a core set.
Traveler's Prayer - Good effect. It has some inherent memory issues but trying to word it as an Aura or something would lead to very long text, so hey.
Choice Cut - I adore effects like this. Good flavor justification for the effect with the name, too. (Plus it's just a good name.)
Prune - Neat way to card-select. And in a way that feels highly green, no less. I could see arguments about how this is more blue or black than it is green but there's sufficient precedent that I like it in the color it is. This could be an interesting Eternal tool but the restriction to digging only seven cards deep puts a good stop on how abuseable this could be.
Shade of Night's Wind - I both love and hate dash 0. I would cautiously develop this just because of ETB/LTB abuse. I'm much less concerned about its potential as a Blaze on a stick because it's very easily dealt with and Flamekin Brawler didn't make many waves.
As others noted Catharsis is very powerful. Not standard playable, but definitely strong in legacy/modern. Past in Flames just makes it bananas. If you have 4 mana you can cast it, flashback PiF, then cast it again for RRRRR plus have access to your entire GY and whatever was just in your hand.
The others are all pretty neat. I think Gathering Stones could be a jank eggs decks enabler.

Behind the eyes of truth, is a world of illustions.
Dragon Riderof a Mist Dragonn anyway with the Dragon Riders Clan.

Actually there's a card of the same name (and similar effect) in Slay the Spire.
