Bewitched Shadow 3B
Creature - Shade Ally {R}
Shadow
When ~ dies, you may pay B. If you do, return ~ to its owner's hand. You can't defeat your own shadow.
3/4
Gaea's Spirit Priestess 4GG
Creature - Spirit Cleric {R}
All creatures able to block ~ do so.
Dash 3G She led the enemy forces away that Gaea's beasts may strike.
4/3
Demon Counter-Hexer 3BR
Creature - Demon Shaman {R}
Fear R, pay 3 life: Counter target sorcery spell. He protects you from the hexes of your enemies, for a price.
5/3
Bewitched Shadow 3B
Creature - Shade Ally {R}
Shadow
When ~ dies, you may pay B. If you do, return ~ to its owner's hand. You can't defeat your own shadow.
3/4
Unless this is a part of a larger set, Shadow isn't significantly different from being unblockable and not being able to block.
Mechanically sound, and seems cost-balanced for its rarity.
Not a particularly interactive / fun card IMO, just a hard-to-deal-with inevitable win-condition.

4/3
Feels like you would always choose to play the Dash cost - The likelihood of it surviving beyond one attack is minimal, and if it does survive the first attack, odds are you're winning the game already. It also feels a bit strong.
Consider changing the cost to 3GG for both the Dash ability and the casting cost and raising it to a 4/4. This gives the player more of an interesting choice to make between Dash and actually casting the card, and gives it more potential to survive making an attack.

Demon Counter-Hexer 3BR
Creature - Demon Shaman {R}
Fear R, pay 3 life: Counter target sorcery spell. He protects you from the hexes of your enemies, for a price.

Fear is super old and is deprecated as a keyword.
Consider Menace which is much more interactive.
If you really want color-restricted evasion ability, Intimidate is more modern (But also deprecated?) and has a similar effect. Why do you specifically want to use old Keywords?
This seems reasonable. The ability to only counter Sorcery spells but not Instants feels a bit clunky. It also feels non-interactive, and the color pie feels mixed up by having an unconditional red counter. How about something like...
BR, pay X life: Counter target Instant or Sorcery spell unless its controller loses X life.
Feels less conditional, and makes it way more interactive.
Bewitched Shadow - I like the "Shade Ally" typeline here for, well, a card representing your own shadow. I think that's quite flavorful in an old-trope kind of way. As Evilferret said, shadow is the same as saying "This can't block and can't be blocked" unless the environment is really chock-full of shadow, which is okay for this card, since it's much less annoying if it can't block (this is why other similar cards have that clause, such as Bloodghast). The stats are pushed but since it's got a dies trigger that you have to leave mana open for and it only returns to hand, I think it's a fine rare beater. A hell of a thing in Limited, though.
Gaea's Spirit Priestess - In Magic, Gaea is specifically the worldsoul of Dominaria, which means cards with her name in their names have to be set on Dominaria. With that in mind, I don't know if I can see dash as a mechanic on that plane, outside of Time Spiral 2.0 or whatever. The dash cost here is assuredly too low considering how many advantages dashing this out has over the recently revealed Ochran Assassin. Pretty good dash bomb rare design if a Dominaria set used that keyword, though.
Demon Counter-Hexer - Fear is indeed deprecated (although might be interesting in an odd way on a monored card), and the activated ability is well out-of-color; neither black nor red counter spells (black, at most, would counter unless the spell's controller paid life or somesuch, and even then only very infrequently). This should probably change targets instead.
Bewitched Shadow = Maybe 3/2? Seems a bit more fair for the cost and it makes the pseudo-regeneration ability more important.
Spirit Priestess = Sweet! I like the combination of Dash and the Lure effect.
Demon Counter-Hexer = This is weird, but... I like that. Looks fair enough.
