Goblin Electrocharger 1RRU
Creature - Goblin Wizard
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if you cast it from your graveyard, you may copy it and if you do Goblin Electrocharger deals 3 damage to you. You may choose new targets for the copy 3/3
Savra's Remanent 2BG
Creature - Elf Zombie Shaman
Whenever a creature card is put into your graveyard, you may gain 3 lifes.
Whenever a creature card is exiled from your graveyard, you may have target opponent lose 3 lifes. 2/2
Battle-Inspired Archangel 4RW
Creture - Angel
Flying, Haste.
Mentor
Whenever another non-token creature with power 2 or less enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1 counter on Battle-Inspired Archangel. 4/3
Web of Secrets 1UB
Enchantment
At the beggining of your upkeep surveil 1, then if you put a non-land card into to your graveyard this way, each opponent puts the top X cards from their library into their graveyard, where X is that card's converted mana cost.
Conclave's Solidarity 7WG
Enchantment
Convoke
When Conclave's Solidary enters the battlefield, untap up to three target creatures you control.
Creatures you control get +2/+2 and have vigilance.
I cant think of what rarities they would go along with them though
Goblin Electrocharger - Sure, Melek, Izzet Paragon for a different keyword. Give this guy an evergreen keyword, maybe? Quite build-around and probably not too dangerous given the drawback.
Savra's Remanent (Remnant?) - Good concept but the numbers might be annoyingly high here; drop the cost by 1 and make the life gain and loss 2, perhaps? It's probably fine as-is, however; could be an easy way for delve decks to kill, but it's a four-mana card that requires setup and delve already has other reasons to be degenerate.
Battle-Inspired Archangel - I see nothing wrong here. Good Limited bomb fatty beater.
Web of Secrets - Seems fair. Could build a serious mill deck around this depending on the quality of other mill cards in Standard. Hmm.
Conclave's Solidarty - This looks quite bad. Collective Blessing, the last Selesnya anthem effect, granted +3/+3 for six mana and was not widely played. +2/+2 for nine is just undoable. Pre-edit: Missed the convoke on there; this is probably a fair card but could still indeed lose a mana or two out of the cost.
