Liliana, Mistress of the Underdark, this should not be Liliana. Black doesn't get the draw cards like this, there needs to be some real cost, usually life. The ultimate feels too much like a repeat of the last swamp matters planeswalker. Also, the fact that the plus isn't until end of turn or in addition to other types it can slowly kill all of the opponents lands, which is both not obvious and a horrible line of play.
Tavi, The Elightened, I'm failing to see the theme of this card. It almost feels like time magic, but also doesn't. Its second ability cost too little for a +2 card advantage, and the random discard 5 feels like a mess to resolve. The last ability feels bad, its quite good but it feels very bad. This may be too many abilities on a single card, at least it would feel better if you united them under some kind of flavor.
Elspeth,Knight of Erebos, I don't think 5 is the right cost for a + that makes 2/2 deathtouch/lifelink. The - also feels a tad to strong on a 5 mana walker. The ultimate is interesting but you left it ambiguous. Are they still a planeswalker? Technically you didn't even make them a creature, let along give them a type. I think this would be better at 6CMC and if they were no longer a walker with the ultimate.
