So, I was disappointed that there are no cards in Dominaria that can remove counters from the Sagas to prolong them. I would have liked to see a legend that worked with the Sagas.

Legendary Creature - Human 1G, Remove a counter from a permanent you control: Put target permanent card in your graveyard on top of your library. 1W, Remove two counters from a single permanent you control: Exile target creature, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. 1U, Remove three counters from a single permanent you control: Draw a card.

I am trying to avoid the most blatant combos, (abilities cost 2 each to avoid immediate loop with Devoted Druid for example) but not lock out combos entirely.
Keep in mind that there's no point in removing three counters from any of Dominaria's Sagas beyond simply using your creature's ability. Once the final ability on a saga triggers (which is immediately as the third counter is added), that's it. The saga is kaput regardless of what happens next because it always has to be sacrificed once the final ability leaves the stack.
I know, that's why I put the draw a card effect at three counters. You can net a card from your Saga on its way out. I didn't want the draw a card ability to also be able to sustain a Saga indefinitely, that felt like too much card advantage and value.
But that's OK, since Argyle can tell the same story again tomorrow with his green ability.
I was going to make the white ability flicker any permanent, so he could start a Saga over, but I figured that would get degenerate too fast with Planeswalkers, and I wanted to avoid a list of permanent types if possible to save room. Would it e problematic to allow flickering of Enchantments do you think?

I think that depends on how many avenues you want to give the card to re-use sagas. You already have counter removal and recursion, after all. Do you want this commander to do its thing three different ways, or do you want to branch out further? Personally, I like the idea of flickering enchantments because constellation needs more love, but the added utility should probably come with a size drop or cost increase in your commander. If you're going to try so hard to make it impossible for your opponents to interact with your enchantments, you might as well make it easier to interact with the creature.

Dropped the stats to bring him more in line with his profession, and make him more of a target. Disallowed him from flickering himself, opened up flickering enchantments. Trimmed 'single' from the ability costs as it was redundant.

I like that the first ability can loop dead Sagas too.
3/4 seems a little buff for a a guy with no class type.

This comes across as a bard to me (good thing) and bards are typically typed as shamans (older cards) or rogues (more recent cards.)
