You can't lose the game and your opponents can't win the game.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life, discard a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard, and sacrifice a permanent other than Curse of Eternal Life. Then exile a card from your graveyard.
This card should come with some kind of kill switch, like the other Lich variants, in order to balance out how non-interactive this is. Otherwise your opponent can't hope for anything better than a draw without the right cards.
If your opponent can deal with a hexproof enchantment then it's a 3 cost draw the game at worst.
If they can't deal with a hexproof enchantment it's basically a forced concede, but if you play this against me and I can't deal with it I'm going to sit at the table until I deck myself because **** your time.
What's the point of this card, aside from potentially making tournaments last forever because both players ran Curse to counter the other's Curse?

“Tell me who you walk with, and I'll tell you who you are.” Esmeralda Santiago Art is life itself.
Yup, needs kill switch. Maybe:
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life, discard a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard, exile a card from your graveyard and sacrifice a permanent other than Curse of Eternal Life. If you can't, exile Curse of Eternal Life and you lose the game.
So you need to be able to perform all of these to play on.
Hexproof on such enchantment is too much.
Also, I'd try to find a name that doesn't suggest that this is Aura - Enchant player

In limited, there's no guarantee that there will even be a single spell that can deal with this.
Even in constructed, the entire meta would revolve around resolving this or dealing with it. Even then, games will run into time.
