Plea For Flower3G
Sorcery [Rare] Will of the Council - Starting with you, each player votes for beauty or beast. If beauty gets more votes, search your library for a land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. If beast gets more votes or the vote is tied, create four 1/1 green Plant creature tokens.
^Green doesn't currently have any Will of the council cards, so I wanted to make one. The name is a riff on Plea For Power, and flavored appropriately. Is this too pushed with it granting an untapped nonbasic or four power of creatures?
Evolutionary Apex4G
Enchantment [Rare]
Creatures you control with no abilities get +2/+2. Ferocious – Whenever a creature you control with power 4 or greater deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.
Mosscavern Hydra1GG
Creature – Fungus Hydra [Rare]
Mosscavern Hydra enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it. 3(U/B): Target player puts the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. Put a +1/+1 counter on Mosscavern Hydra for each card type put into a graveyard this way. Activate this ability only as a sorcery.

^UBG has a graveyard theme in my cube, so I wanted to design a graveyard themed Hydra that could go into many types of decks.
Plea for Flower looks solid. I wouldn't worry about the land part too much, since your opponents can just deny you it.
I wouldn't call the jump from Petroglyphs to Evolutionary Apex a buff, per se. The ferocious ability is win-more in that being able to connect with fatties is generally indicative of a good board state.
Mosscavern Hydra is too pushed. Not only is it on-curve and cheap in a tribe with mostly expensive below-curve creatures, but the activated ability allows it to grow at a staggering rate. Heck, the creature would still be too strong even if the ability had a chance to whiff completely.
Plea -- looks a bit weak. Most of the time you'll just get creatures (because there are simply too many toolbox lands that can be devastating), and 4 1/1s of an unsupported creature type for 4cc is a bit underwhelming for green.

Id agree plea is pretty weak. Both halfs are bad for 4 mana; a single land or 4 1/1s, made worse by the fact you cant choose. I think you could buff them both; or make it a 3 or even 2 mana spell. Righ now cultivate is just astronomically better.
evolutionary apex is neat, but its a bit odd that the 2 abilities dont line up perfectly. It feels weird to me that your creatures with abilites gain the curiosity ability.
The hydra is neat, but again the ability is too expensive. 4 mana to put 1-2 counters on my guy? and a 3/3 for 3 is already pretty weak. Look at him compared to tasigur.

^A buffed Muraganda Petroglyphs to be a bit more relevant in limited.
