I had took a break from Magic in the past, after Worldwake, returning to the game more of less with the release of Kaladesh. Looking back at which cards where printed during my absence, I thought that Battle for Zendikar block was full of original, but in my opinion underdeveloped ideas. I was especially looking at the conditions that some Eldrazi cards required you to fulfill, for example [card/]Processor Assault[card].
Therefore I tried to imagine what Ulamog and Kozilek would be like if they were to return in a new set.
"Otherworldly" is a rework of Ingest, and allows the Eldrazi player to reliably sustain his/her exile pile for when it is needed.
I mantained the difference between Ulamog as the "Physical Titan" and Kozilek as the "Psychic Titan". That being said, I removed Indestructible from Ulamog and replaced it with trample because I personally think that the first one is more frustrating to deal with, especially when the Eldrazi Player is already ahead on board. Additionally I do not think that one is that much more resistant than the other lore-wise (please correct me if I'm wrong).
I hope that you all like these cards, and that either way you'll give me feedback to improve my ability to create card concepts.
Ulamog, Eater of Worlds 9C
Legendary Creature - Eldrazi
Trample
Otherworldly (At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of each player's library face down.)
When ~ enters the battlefield, choose a permanent type. Each player exiles all other permanents of that type, then creates an Eldrazi Scion creature token for each exiled permanent.
Eldrazi Scion creature tokens gain "Sacrifice this creature: add one mana of any color to your mana pool".
10/10
Kozilek, Corroder of Reason 10
Legendary Creature - Eldrazi
Menace
Spend only colorless mana to cast ~.
When ~ enters the battlefield, for each card in your exile zone, search target opponent's library for a card and exile it. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
12/12
Exiling the library feels more psachis than physical, so I don't understand why it's on Ulamog and not Kozilek.
I'm not a fan of destroying all lands. It's bascially game ending in the worst way. Ulamog suddenly fixing colors seems also wrong considering that the Eldrazi distinguishing feature is that they are beyond colors.
The line "Spend only colorless mana to cast ~" is really discouraging and just hiding the flood this could have. It is also an extreme challenge considering that the two titans are not balanced in a way where Kozilek needs to have such an extreme drawback. Honestly its ETB effect doesn't even do anything in a vacuum, so its dependability is not certain.
Ulamog destroying/exiling stuff and "processing" that into Eldrazi Scion tokens seems fitting and cool. Otherworldly belongs onto the other titan (or both - that's fine, too).
Kozilek attacking the library is alright. I would use another threshold to scale against. Iam also surprised you decided against the usual cast triggers since the abilities you suggest don't seem like they wouldn't work with that timing.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
As worded, Ulamog gives everyone the same number of Scions. Not sure if that was the intent.
My biggest gripe is the removal of protection abilities from the titans. Of the six printed ones, only Kozilek, Butcher of Truth has no built in self protection. It sucks paying so much mana to have your Galactus fall to a Doom Blade.
Between that, and no cast triggers, what makes these Eldrazi?

Otherworldly is a mechanic that all new Eldrazi would have. I did not include Kozilek because he is supposed to be the ultimate payoff card for a deck revolving around the mechanic (although I have no problem giving him the ability as well).
I wanted to give Ulamog an ability that was unique and fitting (this is why I allowed him to get rid of lands. His color-fixing ability was an attempt to balance this aspect). The past few days a flavorful, but much more balanced idea came to mind. This consists in feeding Ulamog lands to empower his triggered ability when the eldrazi titan comes into play. This links to the reason why I use "enter the Battlefield" effects instead of "on-cast" ones: I think that, except some cases, the first ones are better flavor-wise, since is the creature that, once arrived, causes the effect to happen.
That being said I currently imagine Ulamog and Kozilek to be like this:
Ulamog, Eater of Worlds 9C
Legendary Creature
Trample
Otherworldly (At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of each player's library face down.)
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile any number of lands you control. Exile any other nonland permanent with converted mana cost less than or equal to the number of lands you exiled, then create an Eldrazi Scion creature token for each land exiled this way.
10/10
Kozilek, Corroder of Reason 10
Legendary Creature
Menace
Otherworldly (At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of each player's library face down.)

I haven't modified Kozilek too much, because I think that with the changes to Ulamog the two are now more balanced with each other, and are now more synergistic too, since Eater of Worlds can convert lands that produce colored mana into C sources. I'm seriously thinking about making Corroder of Reason uncounterable rather than giving him menace (I'd prefer to mantain the same number of abilities for both cards).
I hope I responded thoroughly. I'm currently on a phone, and I probably won't have access to a PC until after Christmas, but I felt I ignored this thread for far too long.

I know, that's on me. I was on my cellphone when I opened that thread, and I did not properly check the title because of the layout of the page.
