Didrell, Senate Arbiter, this is way too strong, with the first ability the second abiltiy needs to either require tapping or sacrificing.
Divine Rejection, one of the most reasonable path variants I've seen. Probably perfect, Allegiance may need to feel out if it wants to be 4 or 3 permanents.
Life’s Renewal, white doesn't typically return creatures from graveyard to hand, it can it just isn't normally done. Why doesn't this target? It doesn't need to not target so why doesn't it target?
Memory Link , this feels blue and/or black, even the name fits those colors. Why did you put this in white?
Valkyrie of Sorrow, an interesting ability but it feels pointless unless you have lots of mass damaging spells. Otherwise it feels like an overly narrow hate card.
Stalwart Riders, solid card, could be a 2/3 but that might be too oppressive on a vigilance common.
life's renewal -- sticking life gain to raise dead doesn't make raise dead white, "target" makes it slightly less wordy and much less odds of being questioned
Valkyrie of sorrow -- I'm guessing it's meant to go in a red-blue deck with earthquake, pyroclasm.
