Just an idea for Fungus/Saproling/Spore Tribal. I was working on a set of Tribal EDH decks, and the Abzan tribe was focused on Spores and Saprolings.

Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each Spore counter on them.
Creatures your opponents control with Spore counters on them can't attack you or block creatures you control.

The goal was to amplify the effect of Spore counters and make your creatures stronger the more infected with Spores they are. Creatures your opponents control that are afflicted with your Spores are allied with your Fungal army, can't block creatures you control, can't attack You, but still can attack your other opponents. Good for a multiplayer setting.
She could still use some refining so please offer up suggestions!
The can't attack/block you part is probably too strong for single player. While it might have to cost more you could mirror the buffing with weakening on opponents creatures. Maybe add an effect that cares about creatures with spore counters dying.
I like myself some white-black-green Fungi & Saprolings. This obviously retreats some ground Thelon of Havenwood already covered, but the added white alone is always a nice addition.
Design: You might want to consider "Each creature gets +1/+1 for each spore counter on it." and "Creatures with spore counters on them can't attack you." like a global vesion of the Vow cycle. A full pacifism is too much and turns you into too much of an immediate threat to be healthy for multiplayer - while also being more fair in 1-on-1 (as in giving more opportunity to interaction).
Templating: Activated abilities come after static abilities that work from the battlefield.

I like the design a lot. Preventing creatures from attacking or blocking creatures you control sounds really strong, but it's fair because you can just remove The Queen of Spores to get around it
