Mox Opal would need errata. Aside from that, I'm not sure how powerful it would be, maybe too much depending on the color, but it being Legendary would actually make it more powerful, sacrifice on to the legend rule and get multiple out and activated. Could lead to some broken plays, it may push Affinity over the top....probably would

I mean Storm can now go t1 cost reducer with t2 3 mana available to start going off. In a format with Fetchlands and Shocks/Duals these are still too powerful.
Yeah, like others have said this is too strong. If you want to design a Mox that could see print in standard, it would need to have a much bigger drawback than that one
A cycle is probably an issue, no matter the drawback.
