I believe this is well suited for Bant (GWU). If I'm correct, does that also mean this is just as well suited for Azorius (WU), Selesnya (GW), and Simic (GU)?
Simic Tribex (Common) 3G
Creature - Elk Mutant
3/3
Diligence (This creature can block up to a number of creatures equal to its toughness.)
Selesnya Sentry (Common) 1W
Creature - Human Soldier
0/4
Defender
Diligence (This creature can block up to a number of creatures equal to its toughness.)
Azorius Skywatch (Common) 2U
Creature - Drake
2/2
Flying
Diligence (This creature can block up to a number of creatures equal to its toughness.)
This feels just as out-of-place in Simic as Exalted did. I think that's just a problem that's inherent in the established specific character of Simic rather than the mechanical facts of the color-pair, however.
I like the use of toughness as a parameter here, very smart solution.

Thanks. I agree totally. I'm going to use this for Selesnya guild mechanic. I wish I could (realistically) use it for Boros, but Two-Headed Giant of Foriys is long removed from red's slice of the pie.
