Hello,
My favorite color in MTG is white, therefore I've decided to come up with my own mono-white commander precon (with a little bit of my humor), that Wizards could print.
BTW: Please note, that the cards may seem op or idiotic, and I'd like to read your opinions on them.
Theme: Hate/Answers/Mass Removal/Scrying a lot/Having fun, while making sure your opponents don't have any fun
Main Commander: Kurvica, the Disrupter
Mana cost: 2WW
Legendary Creature - Angel Avatar
Flying
Whenever you cast a spell during an opponent's turn, you gain X life and scry X, where X is the number of spells you've casted since your last turn.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may scry 2 and draw a card. If you do, skip your draw step.

That's it, lol. Tell me what you think about. Also, don't take the card names seriously, I just had no time to think about them for too long.
Way too much white card draw. White doesn't draw cards unless it's a cantrip (e.g. Wall of Omens), something that cares about low-power creatures (e.g. Mentor of the Meek), or enchantments/auras/equipment (e.g. Kor Spiritdancer, Sram, Senior Edificer, Puresteel Paladin, Mesa Enchantress). Further, that card draw is usually only to cause the effects to cantrip, and only actually nets you cards-in-hand if you have multiple (i.e. Sram would never gain you cards-in-hand unless you also had a Spiritdancer in play).
White card advantage works this way because white is already so powerful as a color. I think the only true white way to gain cards-in-hand with a single card is with things that grab lands like Tithe, Land Tax, Eternal Dragon, and Endless Horizons.
White also doesn't usually scry unless it's a semi-cantrip (e.g. Gods Willing)
White power is also flagrantly off-color, and Serra's Bathroom should only damage an attacking or blocking creature.
Most everything else looks good, although I don't think there needs to be a near-functionally-identical Swords to Plowshares. White already has plenty of great removal.
Yeah I guess you have a point. I just figured that if white can't have any real card draw, then scrying would be okay.
Also I figured that if anything I've come up with is okay in terms of color balance, it would be those other, non-card-advantage cards. Thanks for your feedback.
