This is a design for a new Glissa card, representing her back during Mirrodin block. Glissa's major quest was finding the three artifacts of Kaldra, with which she hoped to destroy Memnarch and save Mirrodin from his tyranny. During her journey she met and befriended Raksha, Slobad, and Bosh. Glissa, the Seeker is themed around this journey, and is RGW so as to allow commander players to play her with her allies in red and white.

First strike
Whenever ~ deals combat damage to a player, you may reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature, Equipment, or land card. Put that card into your hand, then put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
3/3
Initially she tutored an Equipment or land card, but I thought it would be cute if she could also tutor creatures. I then decided to try an Abundance/Possibility Storm-inspired chance draw to better reflect the flavor of adventure and to keep the tutor from being too consistent. Per Glissatradition, she of course has first strike.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Looks good. I think you represented her well, there.
I'd think dowsing for a creature, land, or equipment will amount to "draw a card" most of the time, but nothing necessarily wrong with that.
Mechanically, it feels like quite an odd choice to filter for those three specific types. You can line up equipment ( ), creature ( ) and land ( ), which helps, but I don't know if that's quite enough for the card to be truly good.
