Ghanda, Helix Sergeant
Mana Cost: 2RW
Power/Toughness: 3/3
Legendary Creature - Human Soldier Wizard
Lifelink
Instant and sorcery spells you control have lifelink.
When Ghanda, Helix Sergeant enters the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to each opponent.
At the beginning of your end step, if you have at least 10 life more than your starting life total, you may reveal the top card of your library. If it's an instant or sorcery card, put it into your hand.
First, fastest response I've gotten so far, I think.
Second, lifelink would be epic, but since the Helices basically have lifelink without having lifelink, I decided to do one better and make all your instants/sorceries have lifelink as well.
I also gave him an end-step draw if you have 10 or more life than your starting total. I'm not sure if this can be on a Boros card though.
Haste feels redundant with the ETB, "everyone takes 3 but that guy with no creatures takes another 3", feels weird. The draw is rather excessive on an already impressive card. Red and White draw is tricky. Neither is supposed to generate card advantage readily which is why they are both supposed to have the best early game. White has been getting access to white related card draw while red has been getting its advantage from "temporary draw".
The name sounds like it wants to be on a spellshaper that tosses out helixes or because they already have lifelink just bolts.

I think him giving lifelink to all your spells, and then himself doing damage instead of a spell is kinda working in opposite directions. Maybe when ETB he can return a spell from GY, or cast a spell from your hand that costs 3 or less or something.
The card draw seems out of color, maybe at end of turn reveal, if its a sorc/instant, put it into hand

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
