These are too safe. Pretty much garbage in limited. Make a couple of them instants and/or, reduce the mana costs. Or make them uncommon. They're solid uncommons.

The blue and green one seem like they could maybe use a single mana knocked off if I wanted to push them. The rest feel well costed. What would you suggest?

Disregard Eternal formats. Throw caution to the wind. Design all of your storm cards with Limited in mind. Or make a new mechanic that only counts the number of spells you and your teammates have cast this turn, which would be more friendly on instants.

I was certainly playing it safe on these as any Storm card so far that was slighly above the curve has been completely insane.
I choose Cycle to be W with cards like Cataclysm, Tragic Arrogance, Cataclysmic Gearhulk, and other "Balance" effects have a precedent in white.
