Green can tutor creatures and land, white can tutor enchantments and planeswalkers, and blue can tutor artifacts, instants, and sorceries. When you put all three colors together, you can tutor any card type in the game. And since you have to jump through the extra hoop of playing three colors, why not allow the player to tutor for more than one card type at a time? In fact, why not all seven card types at once?

Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then repeat this process for creature, enchantment, instant, land, planeswalker, and sorcery. Then shuffle your library. Exile ~.
The art would represent all seven card types, showing at minimum two figures (one a planeswalker and the other an ordinary creature) standing in a location with at least one item (representing the artifact) nearby. The instant, sorcery, and enchantment could be represented by additional magic items (such as spellbooks) or by magical activity (such as the creature and/or planeswalker preparing spells, but preferably not casting them). Given the colors of the spell, the art should probably stay away from black and red phenomena, such as fire magic or the undead.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
This would need to cost more mana. It's a much more powerful Overflowing Insight which has the same converted mana cost. You can also look at Increasing Ambition to see this card is severely undercosted.
I don't like the repeat wording because of how it can play out when your grabbing cards with multiple types and trying to grab the right ones in the right order. Either way it should probably use the same wording as Conflux, being stronger but not inherently better than Conflux, it should probably cost at least as much, Honor Basquiat's idea of costing at GGGWWWUUU sounds reasonable or if you want to keep it at 8, 2GGWWUU would be acceptable.

Proper cost would be something like GGGWWWUUU.
I'm not sure I would say "severely". Ambition's Flashback tutors any two cards you want off one color. Granted, it is 8 total for the flashback, so maybe make the mana cost 5GWU or 2GGWWUU.
For each card type, search your library for a card of that type, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. Exile ~. (The card types are artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, land, planeswalker, sorcery, and tribal.)
This adds tribal in there but otherwise it's the same I think.
The Tribal card type is a bit niche, and the idea is that this card could be reprinted in virtually any set, most of which are not going to feature the Tribal card type, let alone care about it. However, I appreciate the more concise, if somewhat vague, wording. (I say vague because it requires reminder text explaining what all the card types are, as opposed to spelling the relevant card types out in rules text like my version does.)

I don't like the idea of having to use "card" seven times in one sentence. I looked to Grim Captain's Call for inspiration on making the wording as concise as possible. I am considering switching "repeat this process" out for "do the same".

Seems like a great concept for a mythic rare card.
Regarding the card types and working around tribal: You are using the reminder text wrong. You do not start with "The card types are..." because that would require a comprehensive list. Instead you end with "... are card types." so you can leave out tribal and still have factually correct reminder text while listing only the evergreen card types.

That is much better wording, but it still shouldn't cost less than Conflux. Even if limiting by type might be more limiting being able to get 8 cards makes reducing the mana cost unreasonable.

Probably, I really like the 2GGWWUU cost, but I also just like seeing the mana symbols, like the ultimatums.
