Squeal is drastically better than Beast Within, which is already an absurdly strong card for mono-green.
I realize the objective is to punish opponents for drawing too many cards, but this mechanic is strong enough that it encourages you to force opponents to draw cards. Those are the sort of decks that will run these, with cards like Windfall and Temple Bell (depending on format).
Considering that Notion Thief exists, I think Crib is probably fair. Excuse is also reasonable, since mobs of tokens out of a two-card combo isn't exactly unique to this card. Hard Rain could also be fair if it only targeted creatures, but otherwise it's just Tendrils of Agony by a different name.
Nab's effect runs contrary to the copying, since this sort of effect is something you're not really going to benefit from having a whole bunch of copies of.
The idea is interesting but all of your cards are undercosted by nature of the fact that they are all instants and will copy at least once by simple game mechanics.
Crib is Inspiration with an unreasonably powerful upside.
Squeal is first out of pie, it should be noncreature. Then considering that on the bottom is more or less the same as removal(better or worse depending on the situation) this is a double, stronger Beast Within for 1 more.
Nab, this one is weird. Its not really black, black removes counters, green or blue redistributes them. Then its rather narrow and doesn't gain significantly from the storm.
Excuse, if it only made 4 then it would be reasonable to print at 5CMC as an instant. It will always make 4 and can easily make many many more.
Hard Rain, this is fairly close to reasonable if it only copied once as seen by Furious Reprisal, being able to hit the same target and being instant are huge upgrades but it was a bad card originally. Having the possibility of multiple copies pushes this well out of the reasonable range.
I'll third what has been said. It seems clear that you are pretty strongly undervaluing how strong this mechanic (and just about any storm-like) is. Another aspect of how storm-templated mechanics are disproportionately strong that hasn't been touched on is how much more resistant to control storm-like cards are: counterspells are much weaker against Hard Rain than, say, a metalcrafted Molten Psyche.
I know storm's strong. Admittedly perhaps I should have costed these 1x more, since they're guaranteed to storm at least once... but I did want to get a gauge of how people thought.
I hate counterspells, so if storm can cut them down a peg... all the better. Maybe wizards can reprint Mana Leak or Dissipate in a format with storm variants - good for modern, good for blue players against other decks.
And let's think about what people are trying to do with these - get opponents to draw more cards. Sure, in a format with a good Wheel of Fortune variant, these can get kind of silly... on turn 8 or so. But your opponent won't risk you getting a storm of 8 off, so they won't run it, and at that time, your opponent can counter your wheel variant. I expect the block would have cantrips and the occasional directed or symmetrical card draw effect.
