One With the Void Legendary Creature
At the beginning of your end step, if One With the Void is in exile while you have no cards in your graveyard, hand, library or on the battlefield, you win the game. 0/0
Barren Glory is a good design because it's got an achievable condition attached to it. It's not easy, per se, to nuke your whole hand and all of your permanents, but it's doable with a couple of cards.
This is not as doable. The easiest way I can think of offhand involves Donate-ing a Leyline of the Void followed by Tormod's Crypting the Donate followed by a Paradigm Shift with an empty graveyard and I guess Claws of Gix is the cheapest way to sacrifice a bunch of lands, followed by a Simian Spirit Guide to sacrifice the Claws to itself? Keep in mind this all has to be done before the draw step of your next turn.
This is certainly an interesting design but it comes off as gimmicky too me because it feels incredibly narrow. More so than any other alternate win condition including Barren Glory which is already incredibly difficult to win with. Perhaps it could at least allow you to exile one card from any zone and offer some benefit.
It needs a creature type/class (is this a Wizard? A Rouge?). I don't like that it's a creature that does nothing outside of enabling an incredibly narrow win condition. Every other win condition creature (Azor's Elocutors, Felidar Sovereign, Biovisionary, etc.) can do what is expected of creatures, attack, block be sacrificed, etc. This makes me ask the question should this even be a legendary creature?
If I understand the lore half correctly of the card, its meant to be an enlightened person who has cast off all earthly tethers. Seeing as how it embodies nothingness/void.
It's an interesting concept, but I agree that it' just too complicated to pull off to even make it into a deck. It's more complex than Barren Glory, it's probably harder to pull off than Hedron Alignment.
And I must ask, what's the point in making it a creature? What the point in making it legendary? The type line seems to have no bearing on the card. Other than finding some way to abuse a 0/0 for 0, I don't get it.

To make it easier to get into the graveyard if need be would be my guess.
It's interesting. If you were somehow to abuse this card as a creature by giving it a +1/+1 before state based effect kick in, like Master Biomancer, I can see where Legendary would come in. Not sure why anyone would care though. It's not like this thing has any other useful ability? Maybe to find life in EDH decks? Make this your commander then spend the whole game trying to kick it to the proverbial curb?
A card the requires 5 others cards to combo and be successful is, in a word, unfun. It creates a deck that has a slim chance of even being successful (even casually) and very narrow methods to accomplish its goal.
It's a trap for johnny as opposed to a fun chance to show his cleverness.

Primary Inspiration: https://youtu.be/A_ndD-QmPJg?t=7m25s
Secondary Inspirations: Nameless Race, Slaughter Pact, Endless One, Barren Glory.
Future plans for it: Make a mono black commander deck with it at the helm.
Anything I want help with: The wording of the trigger.

UBRKess, Dissident MageUBR - Controlling Dissidents
GRhonas the IndomitableG - Indomitable Four Drops
WUBOloro, Ageless AsceticWUB - Loot & Renanimate

Its actually very clever designing all around.

Presumably, the mana would have emptied from your mana pool as you moved to the end step.

Is that "or" supposed to be "and"?

No, just no.
